Abstract

Se proporciona un tubo de acero para inyección de vapor que tiene un alto límite de fluencia aún a 350°C. El tubo de acero sin costuras para una inyección de vapor de acuerdo con la presente invención tiene una composición química que consta de, en porcentaje de masa C: 0.3 a 0.08%, Si: 0.05 a 0.5%, Mn: 1.5 a 3.0%, Mo: más de 0.4 a 1.2%, Al: 0.005 a 0.100%, Ca: 0.001 a 0.005%, N: 0.002 a 0.015%, P: cuando mucho 0.03%, S: cuando mucho 0.01%, y Cu: cuando mucho 1.5%, donde el equilibrio sería Fe e impurezas. El tubo de acero sin costuras se fabricó mediante el enfriamiento con agua después del trabajo en caliente y al someterse a temple general instantáneo y revenido.
