Abstract
trata-se de um método para produzir uma lâmina de aço revestida de elevada resistência que tem um limite de elasticidade ys de pelo menos 800 mpa, uma resistência à tração ts de > 1.180 mpa, um alongamento total > 14% e uma razão de expansão de furo her > 30%. o aço contém em % em peso: 0,13% = c = 0,22%, 1,2% = si = 1,8%, 1,8% = mn = 2,2%, 0,10% = mo = 0,20%, nb = 0,05%, al = 0,5%, sendo que o restante é fe e impurezas inevitáveis. a lâmina é recozida a uma temperatura ta mais elevada que ac3 porém menor que 1.000 °c durante mais de 30 s, depois bruscamente arrefecida pela temperatura de resfriamento qt entre 325 °c e 375 °c, a uma velocidade de resfriamento suficiente para obter uma estrutura que consiste em austenita e pelo menos 60% de martensita, em que o teor de austenita é tal que a estrutura final possa conter entre 3% e 15% de austenita residual e entre 85 e 97% da soma de martensita e bainita, sem ferrita, depois aquecida a uma temperatura de divisão pt entre 430 °c e 480 °c e mantida nessa temperatura durante um tempo de divisão pt entre 10 s e 90 s, em seguida revestida e resfriada por imersão a quente à temperatura ambiente.
