Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "trilho de perlita e método para fabricar trilho de perlita". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar um trilho de perlita de acordo com a presente invenção que inclui: laminar a quente um tarugo que inclui em % em massa: de 0,70% até 0,90% de c; de 0,1% até 1,5% de si; de 0,01% até 1,5% de mn; de 0,001% até 0,035% de p; de 0,005% até 0,030% de s; de 0,1% até 2,0% de cr, o restante da composição consiste em fe e impurezas inevitáveis, de modo a alcançar uma temperatura de laminação de acabamento não menor do que 900 °c para formar um material de trilho; e resfriar o material de trilho de uma maneira acelerada em uma taxa de resfriamento de 2°c/s a 30°c/s a partir de uma temperatura de 770°c a 500°c, reaquecer o resultante ou submeter o resultante ao aquecimento secundário a uma temperatura dentro da faixa de 530°c a 580°c, reter o resultante na taxa de temperatura por 20 s a 100 s, e resfriar o resultante de uma maneira acelerada em uma taxa de resfriamento de 2°c/s a 10°c/s para uma temperatura dentro da faixa não maior do que 450°c.
