Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um trocador de calor (10), especialmente para veículos automotores, com pelo menos um tubo de trocador (12) de uma liga de alumínio e com pelo menos um componente (14, 16) fluidicamente conectado ao tubo de trocador (12), em que o tubo de trocador (12) e o componente (14, 16) são ligados um ao outro por meio de uma junção soldada comum, e em que o componente (14, 16) conectado ao tubo de trocador (12) apresenta uma camada de núcleo (24) de uma liga de alumínio com a seguinte composição: si: máximo 0,7% em peso, fe: máximo 0,70% em peso, cu: máximo 0,10% em peso, mn: 0,90 a 1,50% em peso, mg: máximo 0,30% em peso, cr: máximo 0,25% em peso, zn: máximo 0,50% em peso, ti: máximo 0,25% em peso, zr: máximo 0,25% em peso, impurezas inevitáveis, individualmente, máximo 0,05% em peso, no total, máximo 0,15% em peso, resto alumínio. a presente invenção também se refere ao uso de uma liga de alumínio ou de uma tira de alumínio com uma camada de núcleo (24) desta liga de alumínio para a produção de um tubo coletor (14, 16) ou de um fundo de tubo para um trocador de calor (10) soldado, bem como a um processo para a produção de uma tira de alumínio.
