Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um material composto de alumínio (1) soldável, de três camadas, abrangendo pelo menos três camadas constituídas pelo menos de duas ligas de alumínio diferenci-adas, sendo que uma camada interna pelo menos de três camadas é uma camada de solda de alumínio (3) de uma liga de solda de alumí-nio, sendo as demais camadas (2, 4) configuradas como camadas de cobertura, consistindo pelo menos de outra liga de alumínio, sendo que pelo menos a outra liga de alumínio apresenta uma temperatura de solidificação mais alta do que a temperatura líquida da liga de solda de alumínio. a tarefa de disponibilizar um material composto de alumí-nio (1) soldável, de constituições simples, possuindo boas proprieda-des de solda para produzir ligações soldadas de juntas – i, sendo niti-damente reduzido o perigo de uma “queima” de módulos soldados, bem como oferecendo suficientes propriedades mecânicas, é solucio-nada pelo fato de que as diferentes camadas de coberturas (2,4) apre-sentam uma espessura que ultrapassa a espessura da camada de solda de alumínio (3) pelo menos por um fator de 1,5, preferivelmente pelo menos de um fator de (5).
