Claims (12)
- 少なくとも2つの異なるアルミニウム合金からなる3層のろう付け可能なアルミニウム複合材料(1)であり、前記3層の内層は、アルミニウムろう付け合金から作られたアルミニウムろう付け層(3)であり、それ以外の層(2、4)は、被覆層として構成され、かつ少なくとも1つの別のアルミニウム合金からなり、前記少なくとも1つの別のアルミニウム合金は、前記アルミニウムろう付け合金の液相線温度より高い固相線温度を有するアルミニウム複合材料(1)であって、前記それぞれの被覆層(2、4)は、前記アルミニウムろう付け層(3)の厚さを少なくとも1.5倍、好ましくは少なくとも5倍上回る厚さを有することを特徴とするアルミニウム複合材料(1)。
- アルミニウムろう付け合金から作られた内側アルミニウムろう付け層(3)、および少なくとも1つの別のアルミニウム合金から作られた2つの被覆層(2、4)を有する3層のアルミニウム複合材料を含むアルミニウム複合材料であり、前記少なくとも1つの別のアルミニウム合金は、前記アルミニウムろう付け合金の液相線温度より高い固相線温度を有するアルミニウム複合材料であって、前記それぞれの被覆層(2、4)は、前記アルミニウムろう付け層(3)の厚さを少なくとも1.5倍、好ましくは少なくとも5倍上回る厚さを有し、かつ犠牲アノード層、耐食層または外側ろう付け層として構成された別の外層が設けられることを特徴とするアルミニウム複合材料。
- 前記被覆層(2、4)は前記アルミニウム複合材料の総厚さの10%〜49%の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアルミニウム複合材料。
- 前記アルミニウムろう付け層(3)の前記厚さは少なくとも25μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム複合材料。
- 前記それぞれの被覆層(2、4)はAA1xxx系、AA3xxx系、AA5xxx系、AA6xxx系またはA7xxx系のアルミニウム合金からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム複合材料。
- 前記アルミニウムろう付け層(3)は6質量%〜13質量%のSi含有量を有するAlSiアルミニウム合金からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム複合材料。
- 前記アルミニウム複合材料(1)の総厚さは0.2mm〜1.5mmまたは1.5mm超〜5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム複合材料。
- 前記アルミニウム複合材料(1)は圧延クラッドまたは同時鋳造によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム複合材料。
- 前記被覆層(2、4)は0.25質量%未満、好ましくは0.1質量%未満のMg含有量を有するアルミニウム合金からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム複合材料。
- ろう付けされた接続部によって少なくとも第2の要素(8)に接続されており、かつ少なくとも一部が請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム複合材料からなる少なくとも第1の要素(7)を含む、ろう付けされた構築物。
- 前記構築物はI形状突き合わせ継手の形態の少なくとも1つのろう付けされた接続部を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のろう付けされた構築物。
- 前記ろう付けされた構築物は熱交換器の一部、好ましくは熱交換器の主分配器または屈曲管であることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載のろう付けされた構築物。
