Abstract
material compósito de alumínio para uso em métodos de junção térmica livre de fluxo, compreendendo pelo menos uma camada de núcleo consistindo em uma liga de núcleo de alumínio e pelo menos uma camada de solda externa fornecida em um ou ambos os lados da camada de núcleo consistindo em uma liga de solda de alumínio. o objetivo é propor um material compósito de alumínio para uso em um método de junção térmica livre de fluxo, por meio do qual as propriedades da solda tanto no vácuo como também no gás protetor podem ser otimizadas ainda mais sem o uso de agentes fluxantes e evitando as desvantagens conhecidas pelo estado da técnica, é alcançada pela liga de solda de alumínio tendo a seguinte composição em % em peso: 6,5% = si = 13%, fe = 1%, 90 ppm = mg = 300 ppm, bi < 500 ppm, mn = 0,15%, cu = 0,3%, zn = 3%, ti = 0,30%, resíduos de al e impurezas inevitáveis individualmente no máximo 0,05%, no total no máximo, 0,15% e a camada de alumínio de solda tem uma superfície decapada com base ou decapada com ácido. a invenção refere-se ainda a um método para produzir um material compósito de alumínio, em particular um material compósito de alumínio de acordo com a invenção, no qual é fornecida pelo menos uma camada de núcleo consistindo em uma liga de núcleo de alumínio e pelo menos uma camada de solda externa consistindo em uma liga de solda de alumínio é aplicada em um ou ambos os lados da camada de núcleo. a invenção refere-se ainda a um método para junção térmica de componentes, bem como a uma construção unida termicamente.
