Abstract

a invenção se refere a uma folha de soldadura e um processo para a sua produção. a folha de soldadura compreende uma camada de núcleo obtida de uma primeira liga de alumínio, ligada a um lado da referida camada de núcleo, um revestimento de sacrifício obtido de uma segunda liga de alumínio, ligado ao outro lado da referida camada central um revestimento de soldadura obtido de uma terceira liga de alumínio, em que a referida primeira liga de alumínio consiste em: si 0,2-1,0% em peso; fe 0,15-0,9% em peso; cu 0,2-0,9% em peso; mn 1,0-1,6% em peso; mg = 0,3% em peso; cr 0,05-0,15% em peso; zr 0,05-0,25% em peso; ti 0,05-0,25% em peso; outros elementos = 0,05% em peso cada e = 0,2% em peso no total; al restante até 100% em peso; a referida segunda liga de alumínio consiste em: si 0,45-1,0% em peso; fe = 0,4% em peso; cu = 0,05% em peso; mn 1,2-1,8% em peso; ti =0,10% em peso, zn 1,3-5,5% em peso; zr 0,05-0,20% em peso; outros elementos = 0,05% em peso cada e = 0,2% em peso no total; al restante até 100% em peso; e a dita terceira liga de alumínio tem um ponto de fusão inferior às ditas primeira e segunda ligas de alumínio. a invenção se refere ainda à utilização da folha de soldadura para a fabricação de um permutador de calor soldado e de um permutador de calor soldado obtido a partir da folha de soldadura.
