Abstract

"PROCESSO DE MANUFATURA DE UMA MONTAGEM DE COMPONENTES METáLICOS DISSIMILARES SOLDADOS POR BRASAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de manufatura de uma montagem de componentes unidos por brasagem, compreendendo as etapas de: (i) formação dos ditos componentes, dos quais pelo menos um é produzido de um produto em folha de brasagem de multicamada, o produto em folha de brasagem de multicamada compreendendo uma folha de núcleo (a) tendo pelo menos uma superfície da dita folha de núcleo uma camada de revestimento de alumínio (b), a camada de revestimento de alumínio sendo produzida de uma liga de alumínio, que compreende silício em uma proporção na faixa de 2 a 18% em peso, uma camada (c) compreendendo níquel na superfície externa da dita camada de revestimento de alumínio, e uma camada (d) que compreende zinco ou estanho, como uma camada de ligação, entre a dita superfície externa da dita camada de revestimento de alumínio e a dita camada compreendendo níquel; (ii) formação de pelo menos um outro componente de um metal dissimilar à folha de núcleo do produto em folha de brasagem de multicamada e selecionado do grupo que consiste em titânio, titânio galvanizado, titânio revestido, bronze, latão, aço inoxidável, aço inoxidável galvanizado, aço inoxidável revestido, aço de baixo carbono, aço de baixo carbono galvanizado, aço de baixo carbono revestido, aço de alta resistência, aço de alta resistência revestido e aço de alta resistência galvanizado; (iii) disposição dos respectivos componentes em uma montagem, de modo que a camada (c), compreendendo níquel do produto em folha de brasagem de multicamada, faceia, parcial ou inteiramente, pelo menos outro componente de um metal dissimilar à folha de núcleo do produto em folha de brasagem de multicamada; (iv) brasagem da montagem sob vácuo ou em uma atmosfera inerte, na ausência de um fluxo de brasagem, a uma temperatura elevada por um período suficientemente longo para fundir e espalhar a camada de revestimento de alumínio e todas as camadas externas a ela; e (v) resfriamento da montagem após brasagem. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a uma montagem manufaturada usando o processo desta invenção.
