Abstract

La invencion se relaciona con un metodo para fabricar un montaje de componentes unidos por cobresoldadura, que comprende las etapas de: (i) formar los componentes de los cuales por lo menos uno se elabora de un producto de lamina de cobresoldadura multiestratificado, el producto de lamina de cobresoldadura multiestratificado comprende una lamina (a) de nucleo que tiene por lo menos una superficie de la lamina de nucleo con una capa (b) de enchapado de aluminio, la capa de enchapado de aluminio se elabora de una aleacion de aluminio que comprende silicio en una cantidad en el intervalo de 2 a 18% en peso, una capa (c) que comprende niquel sobre la superficie exterior de la capa de enchapado de aluminio, y una capa (d) que comprende zinc o estano como una capa de union entre la superficie exterior de la capa de enchapado de aluminio y la capa que comprende niquel; ii) formar por lo menos un componente adicional de un metal diferente a la lamina de nucleo del producto de lamina de cobresoldadura multiestratificado y que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de titanio, titanio revestido, titanio recubierto, bronce, laton, acero inoxidable, acero inoxidable revestido, acero inoxidable recubierto, acero al bajo carbono, acero al bajo carbono revestido, acero al bajo carbono recubierto, acero de alta resistencia, acero de alta resistencia recubierto y acero de alta resistencia revestido;: iii) ensamblar los componentes respectivos en un montaje de manera que la capa (c) que comprende niquel del producto de lamina de cobresoldadura multiestratificado esta orientado en parte o en su totalidad a por lo menos otro componente de un metal diferente a la lamina del nucleo del producto de lamina de cobresoldadura multiestratificado; iv) cobresoldar el montaje bajo vacio o en una atmosfera inerte en ausencia de un fundente de cobresoldadura a temperatura elevada durante un periodo lo suficientemente prolongado para fundir y difundir la capa de enchapado de aluminio y todas las capas exteriores a la misma; v) enfriar el montaje cobresoldado. La invencion se relaciona ademas con un montaje fabricado utilizando el metodo de esta invencion.
