Abstract
La invención se refiere a una hoja de soldadura fuerte y a un proceso para su producción. La hoja de soldadura fuerte comprende una capa de núcleo hecha de una primera aleación de aluminio, unido a un lado de dicha capa de núcleo un recubrimiento de sacrificio hecho de una segunda aleación de aluminio, unida al otro lado de dicha capa de núcleo un recubrimiento de soldadura fuerte hecho de una tercera aleación de aluminio, caracterizada porque dicha primera aleación de aluminio consiste en: Si = 0.6% en peso; Fe=0.7% en peso; Cu 0.4-0.9% en peso; Mn 1.0-1.6% en peso; Mg =0.2% en peso; Cr 0.05-0.15% en peso; Zr 0.05-0.15% en peso; Ti 0.05-0.15% en peso; otros elementos =0.05% en peso cada uno y =0.2% en peso en total; Al resto hasta 100% en peso; dicha segunda aleación de aluminio consiste en: Si 0.65-1,0% en peso; Fe = 0.4% en peso; Cu = 0.05% en peso; Mn 1.4 - 1.8% en peso; Zn 1.5-4.0% en peso; Zr 0.05-0.20% en peso; otros elementos =0.05% en peso cada uno y =0.2% en peso en total; Al resto hasta 100% en peso; y, dicha tercera aleación de aluminio tiene un punto de fusión más bajo que dichas primera y segunda aleaciones de aluminio. Particularmente, la temperatura de liquidus de la tercera aleación de aluminio es inferior a las temperaturas de solidus de la primera y de la segunda aleación de aluminio. La invención se refiere además al uso de la hoja de soldadura fuerte para la fabricación de un intercambiador de calor soldado y un intercambiador de calor soldado fabricado a partir de la hoja de soldadura fuerte.
