Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "chapa de alumínio para garrafa metálica ou caixa de aerossol". a presente invenção tem por objeto um processo de fabricação de uma chapa em liga de alumínio para garrafa metálica ou caixa de aerossol, comportando as seguintes etapas: - fundição de uma placa em liga de alumínio de composição (% em peso): si: 0,10 - 0,35, fe: 0,30 - 0,55, cu: 0,05 - 0,20, mn: 0,70 - 1,0, mg: 0,80 - 1,30, zn: < 0,25, ti: < 0,10, outros elementos < 0,05 cada, e < 0,15 no total, resta alumínio; - escalpamento e homogeneização da placa a uma temperatura de 550 a 630°c durante pelo menos uma hora; - laminação a quente; - primeira etapa de laminação a frio com uma taxa de redução de 35 a 80%; - recozimento de recristalização a uma temperatura de 300 a 400°c durante pelo menos uma hora; - retomada da laminação a frio com uma taxa de redução de 10 a 35% até uma espessura de 0,35 a 1,0 mm. a invenção tem também por objeto uma chapa fabricada por um processo, tal como pré-citado, assim como uma garrafa metálica ou lata metálica, da mesma forma que uma caixa de aerossol ou bomba - aerossol fabricada a partir dessa chapa.
