trata-se de um método para produzir uma folha de aço, o método que compreende os seguintes etapas sucessivas- proporcionar uma folha de aço laminado a frio, a composição química do aço que contêm em peso %: 0,15% = c = 0,23%, 2,0 % = mn = 2,8%, 1,0% = si = 2,1%, 0,02% = al = 1,0%, com 1,7% = si+al = 2,1%, 0 = nb = 0,035 %, 0 = mo = 0,3 %, 0 = cr = 0,4 %, o restante sendo fe e impurezas inevitáveis,- recozimento da folha de aço a uma temperatura de recozimento ta de modo a obter uma estrutura que compreende pelo menos 65% de austenita e até 35% de ferrita intercrítica,- resfriar bruscamente a folha a uma taxa de resfriamento de pelo menos 20 °c/s de uma temperatura de pelo menos 600 °c até uma temperatura de resfriamento brusco qt que compreende entre ms-170 °c e ms-80 °c,- aquecer a folha até uma temperatura de particionamento pt entre 350 °c e 450 °c e manter a folha nesta temperatura por um tempo de partição pt que compreende entre 80s e 440s,- resfriar imediatamente a folha até a temperatura ambiente,sendo que a folha de aço contém uma microestrutura final composta de, na fração superficial- entre 40% e 70% de martensita temperada,- entre 7% e 15% de austenita retida,- entre 15% e 35% de ferrita,- no máximo 5% de martensita fresca,- no máximo 15% de bainita
