Una hoja de acero laminada en frío y tratada térmicamente que tiene una composición que comprende los siguientes elementos, expresada en porcentaje en peso: 0.10% = de carbono = 0.5%, 1% = de manganeso = 3.4%, 0.5% = de silicio = 2.5%, 0.03% = de aluminio = 1.5%, 0% = de azufre = 0.003%, 0.002% = de fósforo = 0.02%, 0% = de nitrógeno = 0.01% y puede contener uno o más de los siguientes elementos opcionales 0.05% = de cromo = 1%, 0.001% = de molibdeno = 0.5%, 0.001% = de niobio = 0.1%, 0.001% = de titanio = 0.1%, 0.01% = de cobre = 2%, 0.01% = de níquel = 3%, 0.0001% = de calcio = 0.005%, 0% = de vanadio = 0.1%, 0% = de boro = 0.003%, 0% = de cerio = 0.1%, 0% = de magnesio ? 0.010%, 0% = de circonio ? 0.010% la composición restante está compuesta de hierro y las impurezas inevitables causadas por el procesamiento, la microestructura de dicha hoja de acero que comprende por fracción de área, 10% a 30% de austenita residual, 10% a 40% de bainita, 5% a 50% de martensita recocida, 1% a 20% de martensita templada, y menos del 30% de martensita revenida en donde las cantidades acumuladas de bainita y austenita residual son mayores que o iguales al 25%.
