焼戻しマルテンサイトは、面積分率で微細構造の65%~85%を構成する。焼戻しマルテンサイトは、焼なまし後の第2の冷却ステップ中に形成されるマルテンサイトから形成され、特にMs温度未満、より詳細にはMs-50℃~20℃の間で形成される。次いで、そのようなマルテンサイトは、150℃~400℃の焼戻し温度Temperで保持している間に焼戻しされる。本発明のマルテンサイトは、このような鋼に延性及び強度を付与する。好ましくは、マルテンサイトの含有量は65%~80%、より好ましくは68%~78%である。
Claims (19)
- 熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板であって、重量パーセントで、以下の元素
0.09%≦炭素≦0.15%
1.8%≦マンガン≦2.5%
0.2%≦ケイ素≦0.7%
0.01%≦アルミニウム≦0.1%
0%≦リン≦0.09%
0%≦硫黄≦0.09%

を含む組成を有し、

0%≦チタン≦0.1%
0%≦クロム≦1%
0%≦モリブデン≦1%

0%≦カルシウム≦0.005%
0%≦ホウ素≦0.01%
0%≦セリウム≦0.1%
0%≦マグネシウム≦0.05%
0%≦ジルコニウム≦0.05%
を含むことができ、残りの組成は、鉄及び加工によって生じる不可避の不純物から構成され、前記鋼板の微細構造は、面積分率で、65~85%の焼戻しマルテンサイト、0%~5%の残留オーステナイト、並びに15~35%の間のフェライト及びベイナイトの累積存在を含む、熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。 - 組成が0.3%~0.7%のケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が0.01%~0.08%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が1.9%~2.4%のマンガンを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が0.1%~0.13%の炭素を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- ケイ素及びアルミニウムの累積量が0.3%~0.8%である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- フェライト及びベイナイトの累積量が22%~35%であり、フェライトの割合が鋼の総面積分率の少なくとも15%である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- 残留オーステナイトの炭素含有量が0.7%~0.9%である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- 焼戻しマルテンサイトが65%~80%である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- ベイナイトが0%~10%である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- 前記鋼板が、950MPa以上の極限引張強度及び8%以上の全伸びを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板。
- 前記鋼板が、1000MPa以上の極限引張強度及び少なくとも55%を超える穴広げ率を有する、請求項11に記載の冷間圧延されたコーティング付き鋼板。
- 熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板の製造方法であって、以下の連続するステップ:
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼組成物を準備するステップ、
前記半仕上げ製品を1000℃~1250℃の温度に再加熱するステップ、
Ac3~Ac3+100℃の温度範囲で前記半仕上げ製品を圧延するステップであって、熱間圧延仕上げ温度がAc3を超えて熱間圧延鋼を得るようにする、圧延するステップ、
熱間圧延鋼を少なくとも30℃/秒の冷却速度で600℃未満の巻取り温度まで冷却し、及び当該熱間圧延鋼を巻き取るステップ、
前記熱間圧延鋼を室温に冷却するステップ、
任意選択的に、前記熱間圧延鋼板に対してスケール除去工程を実施するステップ、
任意選択的に、400℃~750℃の間で熱間圧延鋼板に対して焼鈍を実施するステップ、
任意選択的に、前記熱間圧延鋼板に対してスケール除去工程を実施するステップ、
前記熱間圧延鋼板を35~90%の圧下率で冷間圧延して、冷間圧延鋼板を得るステップ、
前記冷間圧延鋼板を2段階の加熱で焼鈍するステップであって、
・第1のステップは、少なくとも10℃/秒の加熱速度HR1で、鋼板を600℃~650℃の温度HT1まで加熱することから開始し、
・第2のステップは、HT1からAc3とAc3+200℃間の焼鈍温度範囲まで鋼板をさらに加熱することから開始し、加熱速度HR2は1℃/秒以上であり、HR2はHR1よりも低い、焼鈍するステップ、
次いで、5~1000秒の間、焼鈍温度で焼鈍を行うステップ、
次いで、冷間圧延鋼板を3段階で冷却するステップであって、
・第1のステップは、鋼板を焼鈍温度から675℃~725℃の温度CT1まで、10℃/秒以下の冷却速度CR1で冷却することから開始し、
・第2のステップは、CT1から450℃~550℃のCT2まで、30℃/秒以上の冷却速度CR2で鋼板をさらに冷却することから開始し、
・第3のステップは、200℃/秒以上の冷却速度CR2で、CT2からMs-50℃~20℃のCT3まで鋼板をさらに冷却することから開始するステップ、
次いで、前記冷間圧延鋼板を少なくとも10℃/秒の加熱速度で300℃~380℃の焼戻し温度まで加熱し、100秒~1000秒間焼戻しする、ステップ
及び、次いで、室温範囲まで冷却して、熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板を得るステップ
を含む、方法。 - 巻取り温度が350℃~600℃である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 温度HT1が600℃~630℃であり、加熱速度HR1が少なくとも15℃/秒である、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 焼鈍均熱温度がAc3+10℃~Ac3+150℃である、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 焼戻し温度範囲が320℃~360℃である、請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両の構造部品又は安全部品の製造のための、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板又は請求項13から17の方法に従って製造された鋼板の使用。
- 請求項18により得られた部品を含む車両。
