“MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA FOLHA DE AÇO LAMINADA A FRIO”
Campo da Invenção [001] A presente invenção refere-se à fabricação de folha de aço de alta resistência laminada a frio que tem resistência à tração aprimorada e alongamento total aprimorado e às folhas obtidas por esse método.
Antecedentes da Invenção [002] Para fabricar vários equipamentos tais como partes de membros estruturais de corpo e painéis de corpo para veículos automotivos, atualmente é comum usar folhas descobertas, eletrogalvanizadas, galvanizadas ou galvanizadas e recozidas feitas de aços DP (fase dupla) e aços multifásicos, de fase complexa ou martensíticos.
[003] Por exemplo, multifásicos de alta resistência podem incluir uma estrutura de bainita e martensítico com/sem alguma austenita retida e que contém cerca de 0,2% de C, cerca de 2% de Mn, cerca de 1,5% de Si que resultariam em resistência de rendimento de cerca de 750 MPa, uma resistência à tração de cerca de 980 MPa, um alongamento total de cerca de 10%. Essas folhas são produzidas em linha de recozimento contínua, arrefecendo-se bruscamente a partir de uma temperatura de recozimento maior que o ponto de transformação de Ac3, abaixo de uma temperatura média acima de ponto de transformação de Ms e mantendo-se a folha na temperatura por um determinado período de tempo. Opcionalmente, a folha é galvanizada ou galvanizada e recozida.
[004] Para reduzir o peso das partes automotivas a fim de aprimorar suas eficácias de combustível em vista da preservação ambiental global, deseja-se ter folhas que tenham equilíbrio de resistência e ductilidade aprimorado. Porém, tais folhas também devem ter uma boa formabilidade.
[005] Nesse aspecto, propôs-se produzir folhas feitas de aço com o uso do chamado aço arrefecido bruscamente e particionado que tem

2/12 propriedades mecânicas e aprimoradas e boa formabilidade. As folhas revestidas ou não revestidas (descobertas) que têm uma resistência à tração TS de cerca de 1.470 MPa e um alongamento total de pelo menos 19%, são o objetivo.
Descrição da Invenção [006] Portanto, o propósito da presente invenção é fornecer tal folha e um método para produzir a mesma.
[007] Para esse propósito, a invenção se refere a um método para produzir uma folha de aço laminada a frio que tem uma resistência à tração TS de pelo menos 1.470 MPa e um alongamento total TE de pelo menos 19%, sendo que o método compreende as etapas sucessivas de:
- recozer a uma temperatura de recozimento AT uma folha de aço laminada a frio feita de aço cuja composição química contém % em peso de:
0,34% < C < 0,40%
1,50% < Mn < 2,30 %
1,50 < Si < 2,40% % < Cr < 0,5%
0% < Mo < 0,3%
0,01% < Al < 0,08% em que o restante é composto por Fe e impurezas inevitáveis, em que a temperatura de recozimento AT é igual a ou maior que o ponto de transformação de Ac3 do aço, para obter uma folha de aço recozida,
- arrefecer bruscamente a folha de aço recozida resfriando-se a mesma a uma temperatura de arrefecimento brusco QT menor que o ponto de transformação Ms do aço, tipicamente entre 150 °C e 250 °C, para obter uma folha de aço arrefecida bruscamente, e,
- realizar um tratamento de particionamento reaquecendo-se a folha de aço arrefecida bruscamente a uma temperatura de particionamento PT

3/12 entre 350 °C e 450 °C e mantendo-se a folha de aço nessa temperatura durante um período de tempo de particionamento Pt entre 15 segundos e 150 segundos.
[008] Preferencialmente, a temperatura de recozimento AT está entre 870 °C e 930 °C.
[009] Em duas realizações, após o particionamento, a folha de aço é resfriada à temperatura ambiente a fim de obter uma folha de aço não revestido:
[010] Na primeira realização, a composição do aço é tal que 0,36% < C < 0,40%, Cr < 0,05% e Mo < 0,05%, a temperatura de arrefecimento brusco está entre 190 °C e 210 °C e o período de tempo de particionamento Pt está entre 90 segundos e 110 segundos.
[011] Na segunda realização, a composição do aço é tal que 0,34% < C < 0,37%, 0,35% < Cr < 0,45% e 0,07% < Mo < 0,20%, a temperatura de arrefecimento brusco está entre 200 °C e 230 °C e o período de tempo de particionamento Pt está entre 25 segundos e 120 segundos.
[012] Preferencialmente, o aço laminado a frio descoberto é eletro galvanizado posteriormente.
[013] Em uma realização, após o particionamento a folha de aço é galvanizada, então, resfriada à temperatura ambiente a fim de obter uma folha de aço resfriada, em que a composição do aço é tal que 0,34% < C < 0,37%, 0,35% < Cr < 0,45% e 0,07% < Mo < 0,20%, em que a temperatura de arrefecimento brusco está entre 200°C e 230°C e o período de tempo de particionamento Pt está entre 25 segundos e 55 segundos.
[014] A invenção também se refere a uma folha de aço revestido ou não revestido feita de aço cuja composição química compreende % em peso de:
0,34% < C < 0,40%

0,01%< Al < 0,08% em que o restante é composto por Fe e impurezas inevitáveis, em que a estrutura compreende pelo menos 60% de martensita e entre 12% e 15% de austenita residual, em que a resistência à tração é pelo menos de 1.470 MPa e o alongamento total é de pelo menos 19%.
[015] Em uma realização particular, a folha de aço é não revestida, a composição do aço é tal que 0 < Cr < 0,05% e 0 < Mo < 0,05%, e a resistência de rendimento é maior que 1.150 MPa.
[016] Em outra realização, a folha de aço é não revestida, a composição do aço é tal que 0,35 < Cr < 0,45% e 0,07< Mo < 0,20%, e a resistência de rendimento é maior que 880 MPa, a resistência à tração é maior que 1.520 MPa e o alongamento total é de pelo menos 20%.
[017] Em outra realização, a folha de aço é galvanizada, a composição do aço é tal que 0,35% < Cr < 0,45% e 0,07% < Mo < 0,20%, a resistência à tração é maior que 1.510 MPa e o alongamento total é de pelo menos 20%.
Descrição de Realizações da Invenção [018] A invenção será descrita agora em maiores detalhes, porém, sem introduzir limitações.
[019] De acordo com a invenção, a folha é obtida por tratamento por calor de uma folha de aço não tratada laminada a quente ou, preferencialmente, a frio feita de aço cuja composição química contém, em % em peso:
- 0,34% a 0,40% de carbono para garantir uma resistência

5/12 satisfatória e aprimorar a estabilidade da austenita retida. Isso é necessário para obter um alongamento suficiente. Se o teor de carbono for muito alto, a folha laminada a quente é muito rígida para ser laminada a quente e a soldabilidade é insuficiente;
- 1,50% a 2,40% de silício a fim de estabilizar a austenita, para fornecer um reforço de solução sólida e para atrasar a formação de carbetos durante o particionamento com procedimentos adequados para impedir a formação de óxidos de silício na superfície da folha que é prejudicial para a capacidade de revestimento;
- 1,50% a 2,30% de manganês para ter uma temperabilidade suficiente a fim de obter uma estrutura que contém pelo menos 60% de martensita, uma resistência à tração maior que 1.470 MPa e para evitar ter problemas de segregação que são prejudiciais para a ductilidade;
- 0% a 0,3% de molibdênio e 0% a 0,5% de crômio para aumentar a temperabilidade e para estabilizar a austenita retida a fim de reduzir fortemente a decomposição de austenita durante o particionamento. O valor de zero absoluto é excluído devido às quantidades residuais. Quando a folha de aço for não revestida, o molibdênio e o crômio podem ser eliminados e seus teores podem permanecer menores que 0,05%, cada. Quando a folha de aço for revestida por galvanização, o teor de molibdênio é, preferencialmente, de a partir de 0,07% a 0,20% e o teor de crômio é preferencialmente de a partir de 0,35% a 0,45%; e
-0,01% a 0,08% de alumínio que é normalmente adicionado a aço líquido para o propósito de desoxidação, preferencialmente.
[020] O restante é composto por ferro e elementos residuais ou impurezas inevitáveis que resultam da fabricação de aço. Nesse aspecto, Ni, Cu, V, Ti, B, S, P e N pelo menos são considerados como elementos residuais que são impurezas inevitáveis. Portanto, de modo geral, seus teores são

6/12 menores que 0,05% para Ni, 0,05 para Cu, 0,007% para V, 0,001% para B, 0,005% para S, 0,02% para P e 0,010% para N. A adição de elementos de microliga tais como Nb a partir de 0 a 0,05% e/ou Ti a partir de 0 a 0,1% pode ser utilizada para obter a microestrutura desejada e uma combinação ideal de propriedades de produto.
[021] A folha de aço não tratada é uma folha laminada a frio preparada de acordo com os métodos conhecidos por aqueles versados na técnica.
[022] Após a laminação as folhas são conservadas ou limpas, então, tratadas por calor e, opcionalmente, revestidos por imersão a quente.
[023] O tratamento a quente que é feito, preferencialmente, em um recozimento contínuo quando a folha não for revestida e em uma linha de revestimento por imersão a quente quando a olha de aço for revestido, compreende as seguintes etapas sucessivas:
- recozer a folha laminada a frio a uma temperatura de recozimento AT igual a ou maior que o ponto de transformação de Ac3 do aço, e, preferencialmente, maior que Ac3 + 15 °C, a fim de obter uma folha de aço recozida que tem uma estrutura completamente austenítica, porém, menor que 1.000 °C a fim de não engrossar muito os grãos austenítico. De modo geral, uma temperatura maior que 870 °C é suficiente para o aço, de acordo com a invenção, e essa temperatura não precisar ser maior que 930 °C. Então, a folha de aço é mantida nessa temperatura, isto é, mantida entre AT -5°C e AT +10 °C, por um período de tempo suficiente para homogeneizar a temperatura no aço. Preferencialmente, esse período de tempo é maior que 30 segundos, porém, não precisa ser maior que 300 segundos. Para ser aquecida à temperatura de recozimento, a folha de aço laminada a frio é, por exemplo, primeiro aquecida a uma temperatura de cerca de 600 °C em uma velocidade tipicamente abaixo de 20 °C/s, então, aquecida novamente a uma temperatura

7/12 de cerca de 800 °C em uma velocidade tipicamente abaixo de 10 °C/s e, eventualmente, aquecida à temperatura de recozimento em uma velocidade de aquecimento abaixo de 5 °C/s. Nesse caso, a folha é mantida na temperatura de recozimento por uma duração entre 40 e 150 segundos;
- arrefecer bruscamente a folha recozida resfriando-se a uma temperatura de arrefecimento brusco QT menor que o ponto de transformação Ms entre 150 °C e 250 °C em uma taxa de resfriamento rápida o suficiente para evitar a formação de ferrita mediante o resfriamento e, preferencialmente, maior que 35 °C/s, a fim de obter uma folha arrefecida bruscamente que tem uma estrutura que consiste em martensita e austenita, então, a estrutura final contém pelo menos 60% de martensita e entre 12% e 15% de austenita. Se o aço contiver menos que 0,05% de molibdênio e menos que 0,05% de crômio, a temperatura de arrefecimento brusco está, preferencialmente, entre 190 °C e 210 °C. Quando a folha de aço tiver que ser galvanizada e quando a composição química do aço for tal que 0,34% < C < 0,37%, 0,35% < Cr < 0,45% e 0,07% < Mo < 0,20%, então, a temperatura de arrefecimento brusco está, preferencialmente, entre 200 °C e 230 °C;
- reaquecer a folha arrefecida bruscamente até uma temperatura de particionamento PT entre 350 °C e 450 °C. A velocidade de aquecimento é, preferencialmente, de pelo menos 30 °C/s;
- manter a folha na temperatura de particionamento PT por um período de tempo de particionamento Pt entre 15 segundos e 150 segundos. Durante a etapa de particionamento, o carbono é particionado, isto é, difundido a partir da martensita na austenita que é, desse modo, enriquecida; e
- Opcionalmente, resfriando-se a folha à temperatura ambiente se nenhum revestimento for desejado ou aquecendo-se a folha a uma temperatura de revestimento, revestir por imersão a quente a folha e resfriar à temperatura ambiente se um revestimento for desejado. O revestimento por imersão a

8/12 quente é, por exemplo, a galvanização, e a temperatura de revestimento é de cerca de 460 °C, conforme é conhecido na técnica.
[024] O aquecimento à temperatura de revestimento é feito, preferencialmente, em uma velocidade de aquecimento de pelo menos 30 °C/s e o revestimento ocorre entre 2 e 10 s.
[025] Independente ou não de um revestimento ser aplicado, a velocidade de resfriamento à temperatura ambiente é, preferencialmente, entre 3 e 20 °C/s.
[026] Quando a folha não for revestida e o aço contiver, preferencialmente, menos que 0,05% de crômio e menos que 0,05% de molibdênio, então, o período de tempo de particionamento é, preferencialmente, entre 90 segundos e 110 segundos. Com tal tratamento, é possível obter folhas que tem uma resistência de rendimento maior que 1.150 MPa, uma resistência à tração maior que 1.470 MPa e um alongamento total maior que 19%.
[027] Quando a folha não for revestida e o aço contiver, 0,35% e 0,45% de crômio e entre 0,07% e 0,20 % de molibdênio, então, o período de tempo de particionamento é, preferencialmente, entre 15 segundos e 120 segundos. Com tal tratamento, é possível obter folhas que tem uma resistência de rendimento maior que 880 MPa, uma resistência à tração maior que 1.520 MPa e um alongamento total maior que 20%.
[028] Quando a folha for revestida o aço contém, preferencialmente, entre 0,35% e 0,45% de crômio e entre 0,07% e 0,20% de molibdênio e o período de tempo de particionamento Pt é, preferencialmente, de entre 25 segundos e 55 segundos. Nessas condições é possível obter folha de aço resfriada que tem uma resistência à tração maior que 1.510 MPa e um alongamento total de pelo menos 20%.
[029] Como exemplos e comparação, produziu-se folhas feitas

9/12 de aços cujas composições em peso e temperaturas características tais como Ac3 e Ms são relatadas na tabela I.
[030] As folhas foram laminadas a frio, recozidas, arrefecidas bruscamente, particionadas e resfriadas à temperatura ambiente ou, galvanizadas após o particionamento antes de serem resfriadas à temperatura ambiente.
[031] As propriedades mecânicas foram medidas na direção transversal em relação à direção de laminação. Conforme é bem conhecido na técnica, o nível de ductilidade é ligeiramente melhor na direção de laminação que na direção transversal para tal aço de alta resistência. As propriedades medidas são Razão de expansão de orifício HER medida de acordo com o padrão ISO 16630:2009, a resistência de rendimento YS, a tensão de tração TS, o alongamento uniforme UE e o alongamento total TE.
[032] As condições de tratamento e as propriedades mecânicas são relatadas na Tabela II para as folhas não revestidos e na Tabela III para as folhas revestidos.
[033] Nessas tabelas, AT é a temperatura de recozimento, QT a temperatura de arrefecimento brusco, PT a temperatura de particionamento. Na Tabela II, GI é a temperatura de galvanização.

12/12 [034] Os exemplos 1 a 14 mostram que é apenas com o aço S181, que não contém crômio nem molibdênio, e com o aço S80, que contém tanto crômio quanto molibdênio, que é possível alcançar as propriedades desejadas, isto é, TS > 1.470 MPa e TE > 19%. Na liga S181, as propriedades desejadas são alcançadas para uma temperatura de arrefecimento brusco QT de 200 °C e um período de tempo de particionamento de 100 segundos. Nesse caso, a resistência de rendimento é maior que 1.150MPa.
[035] Na liga S80, que contém crômio e molibdênio, as propriedades desejadas são alcançadas para uma temperatura de arrefecimento brusco QT de 220 °C e um período de tempo de particionamento entre 30 a 100 segundos (exemplos 7 a 10). Nesse caso, a resistência à tração é maior que 1.520 MPa e o alongamento total é maior que 20%. Além disso, deve-se mencionar que todos os exemplos que contêm Cr e Mo (7 a 14) renderam resistências significativamente menores que os exemplos 1 a 6, referentes a um aço sem Cr e Mo.
[036] Os exemplos 15 a 33 mostraram que apenas os exemplos correspondentes a aços que contêm Cr e Mo têm a capacidade para alcançar as propriedades desejadas quando as folhas são galvanizadas (exemplos 27 e 28). Para o aço S80, a temperatura de arrefecimento brusco deve ser de 220 °C e um particionamento de 10 segundos é muito curto, enquanto um período de tempo de particionamento de 100 segundos é muito longo. Quando o aço não contiver Cr e não contiver Mo, a resistência à tração sempre permanecerá menor que 1.470 MPa.
Claims (3)
1. MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA FOLHA DE AÇO
LAMINADA A FRIO que tem uma resistência à tração ts de pelo menos 1.470 MPa e um alongamento total te de pelo menos 19%, sendo que o método é caracterizado por compreender as etapas sucessivas de:
- recozer a uma temperatura de recozimento AT uma folha de aço laminada a frio feita de um aço que tem composição química que contém % em peso de:
0,34% < C < 0,37 %
1,50% < Mn < 2,30 %
1,50 < Si < 2,40%
0,35% < Cr < 0,45%
0,07% < Mo < 0,20%
0,01% < Al < 0,08%, em que o restante é composto por Fe e impurezas inevitáveis, em que a temperatura de recozimento AT é maior que o ponto de transformação de Ac3 do aço,
- arrefecer bruscamente a folha de aço recozida resfriando-se a uma temperatura de arrefecimento brusco QT menor que o ponto de transformação Ms do aço e entre 200 °C e 230 °C, e,
- realizar um tratamento de particionamento, reaquecendo-se a folha de aço arrefecida bruscamente a uma temperatura de particionamento PT entre 350 °C e 450 °C e mantendo-se a folha de aço na temperatura de particionamento PT durante um período de tempo de particionamento Pt entre 15 segundos e 120 segundos;
- após o particionamento, resfriar a folha de aço à temperatura ambiente a fim de obter uma folha de aço não revestida com uma estrutura que compreende pelo menos 60% de martensita e entre 12% e 15% de austenita

- realizar um tratamento de particionamento, reaquecendo-se a folha de aço arrefecida bruscamente a uma temperatura de particionamento PT entre 350 °C e 450 °C e mantendo-se a folha de aço na temperatura de particionamento PT durante um período de tempo de particionamento Pt entre 25 segundos e 55 segundos.
