Abstract

Se provee un tubo de acero sin costura para tubería de conducción con una composición química que consiste, en porcentaje de masa, de C: 0.03 - 0.15%, Si: £ 0.50%, Mn: 1.0 - 2.0%, P: £ 0.050%, S: £ 0.005%, Cr: 0.1 - 1.0%, Al: 0.001 - 0.10%, N: £ 0.01%, Ni: 0.05 - 2.0%, B: 0.0003 - 0.0015%, Ca: 0.0002 - 0.0050%, Mo: 0.10 - 0.50%, Ti: 0.001 - 0.05%, Cu: 0 - 2.0%, Nb: 0 - 0.05%, V: 0 - 0.10%, balanceado con Fe e impurezas, y satisfaciendo las condiciones de 2 Nb + 4 V + Mo £ 0.50, en donde la micro-estructura metálica del tubo de acero contiene 50% o más de bainita, en una fracción de área, el espesor de pared del tubo de acero es de 25 mm. o mayor, y en una cascarilla formada en la superficie del tubo de acero, existen partículas metálicas que consisten principalmente de Ni o Cu con un diámetro circular equivalente promedio de 0.1 - 5 mm, y la distancia desde el límite entre el metal base del tubo de acero y la cascarilla hacia la región en la cual las partículas metálicas no existen es de 20 mm o más larga. En tanto que el método consiste en transportar a un horno después del acabado de laminación en caliente, se calienta en una atmósfera a la temperatura de Ac₃ + 50ºC o más y la concentración de vapor de agua es de 5% o más, y se somete a templado con velocidad de enfriamiento de 10ºC/s o más y luego es revenido a temperatura de Ac₁ - 50ºC o menos.
