Abstract
Se proporciona un tubo de acero sin costura para tubería de conducción que tiene una composición química que consiste, en porcentaje en masa, en C: de 0.03 a 0.15%, Si: = 0.50%, Mn: de 1.0 a 2.0%, P: = 0.050%, S: = 0.005%, Cr: de 0.1 a 1.0%, Al: de 0.001 a 0.10%, N: = 0.01%, Ni: de 0.05 a 2.0%, B: de 0.0003 a 0.0015%, Ca: de 0.0002 a 0.0050%, Mo: de 0.10 a 0.50%, Ti: de 0.001 a 0.05%, Cu: de 0 a 2.0%, Nb: de 0 a 0.05%, V: de 0 a 0.10%, el resto: Fe e impurezas y que satisface las condiciones de 2Nb + 4V + Mo = 0.50; en donde una microestructura metálica del tubo de acero contiene 50% o más de bainita, en una fracción de área, un espesor de pared del tubo de acero es de 25 mm o más grande y en una escama formada en la superficie del tubo de acero existen partículas metálicas, que principalmente consisten en Ni o Cu, con un diámetro promedio del círculo equivalente de 0.1 a 5 µm y una distancia desde un límite entre el metal de base del tubo de acero y la escama a una región en la que no existen las partículas metálicas es 20 µm o más.
