Abstract
Se provee un acero inoxidable dúplex que puede suprimir la precipitación de una fase a en el tiempo de soldadura de entrada de calor elevado, es excelente en resistencia a SCC bajo ambientes de cloruro a alta temperatura y tiene alta resistencia. El acero inoxidable dúplex de conformidad con la presente invención incluye una composición química que contiene: en por ciento en masa, C: cuando mucho 0.030%, Si: 0.20 a 1.00%, Mn: cuando mucho 8.00%, P: cuando mucho 0.040%, S: cuando mucho 0.0100%, Cu: más de 2.00% y cuando mucho 4.00%, Ni: 4.00 a 8.00%, Cr: 20.0 a 28.0%, Mo: 0.50 a 2.00%, N: 0.100 a 0.350%, y Al sol.: cuando' mucho 0.040%, el resto siendo Fe e impurezas, y satisface la expresión (1) y expresión (2); una estructura que tiene una tasa de ferrita de por lo menos 50%; y una resistencia a la deformación de por lo menos 550 Mpa o más: 2.2Cr+7Mo+3Cu >66 (1) Cr + 11Mo + 10Ni < 12(Cu + 30N) (2).
