Abstract
Se proporciona un acero inoxidable ferrítico que tiene excelente capacidad de soldadura fuerte y excelente resistencia a la corrosión por agua condensada en un medio ambiente en el cual el acero se utiliza para un dispositivo de recuperación de calor de escape o un enfriador EGR. Un acero inoxidable ferrítico tiene una composición química que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.025% o menos, Si: 0.40% a 2.0%, Mn: 0.05% a 1.5%, P: 0.05% o menos, S: 0.01% o menos, Cr: 16.0% a 30.0%, Mo: 0.60% a 3.0%, Ni: 0.10% a 2.5%, Nb: 0.20% a 0.80%, Al: 0.001% a 0.15%, N: 0.025% o menos, y el resto que es Fe e impurezas inevitables, en el cual las siguientes expresiones relacionales (1) y (2) secumplen.C + N = 0.030% ··· (1), 2Si + Ni = 1.0% ··· (2), (en las expresiones relacionales (1) y (2), C, N, Si, y Ni indican cada uno los contenidos (% en masa) de los elementos correspondientes).
