Claims (31)
1. Способ получения клеток, экспрессирующих маркеры линии дифференцировки панкреатической эндокринной системы, где указанный способ включает дифференцировку клеток, экспрессирующих маркеры линии дифференцировки панкреатической эндодермы, в клетки, экспрессирующие маркеры линии дифференцировки панкреатической эндокринной системы, путем обработки клеток, экспрессирующих маркеры линии дифференцировки панкреатической эндодермы, ингибитором гамма-секретазы или эксендином-4, либо эксендином-4 и HGF, в среде, содержащей глюкозу в концентрации от примерно 10 мМ до примерно 20 мМ.

d. дифференцировки клеток, экспрессирующих маркеры линии дифференцировки панкреатической эндодермы, в клетки, экспрессирующие маркеры линии дифференцировки панкреатической эндокринной системы, путем обработки клеток, экспрессирующих маркеры линии дифференцировки панкреатической эндодермы, ингибитором гамма-секретазы или эксендином-4, либо эксендином-4 и HGF, в среде, содержащей глюкозу в концентрации от примерно 10 мМ до примерно 20 мМ.
