Claims (4)

  1. 하나의 입력과 하나의 출력을 포함하며, 상기 입력이 구동기회로의 입력에 접속되고 상기 출력이 동기회로의 출력에 접속되는 구동기장치; 하나의 입력과 하나의 출력을 포함하며, 상기 출력이 상기 구동기회로의 출력에 접속되는 선택가능한 구동기 장치; 및 선택신호(SEL)에 응답하여, 선택신호가 입력될때 상기 구동기회로 입력에 상기 선택가능한 구동기 장치입력을 접속하고 상기 제1구동기 장치에 병렬로 추가 구동능력을 제공하기 위한 선택수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그램가능한 출력구동기회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택수단의 시간지연을 정합시키기 위하여 상기 구동기회로입력과 상기 구동기장치입력사이에 접속되는 지연수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그램가능한 출력구동기회로.
  3. VDD단자로부터 GND단자로 전류를 도전하는 금속-산화물-반도체기술로 구현되는 프로그램가능한 출력 구동기 회로에 있어서, 상기 구동기회로가 이진 선택신호입력(SEL)에 접속되는 제1입력과 상기 구동기회로의 입력에 접속되는 제2입력을 가지는 제1의 2입력 AND게이트; 상기 제1의 2입력 AND게이트의 시간지연을 정합시키기 위하여 상기 구동기 회로입력에 접속되는 입력을 가지는 제1지연회로; 상기 구동기 회로의 출력에 접속되는 드레인, 상기 제1지연회로의 출력에 접속되는 게이트 및 GND단자에 접속되는 소오스를 가지는 N채널 풀다운 트랜지스터; 상기 구동기회로출력에 접속되는 드레인, 상기 제1의 2입력 AND게이트의 출력에 접속되는 게이트 및 GND단자에 접속되는 소오스를 가지는 제1선택가능한 N채널 풀다운 트랜지스터; 상기 구동기 회로입력에 접속되는 입력을 가지는 인버터; 상기 입력 신호(SEL)에 접속되는 제1입력과 상기 인버터의 출력에 접속되는 제2입력을 가지는 제2의 2입력 AND게이트; 상기 인버터 출력에 접속되는 입력을 가지며 상기 제2의 2입력 AND게이트의 시간지연을 정합시키기 위한 제2지연회로; 상기 VDD단자에 접속되는 드레인, 상기 제2지연회로의 출력에 접속되는 게이트 및 상기 구동기 회로출력에 접속되는 소오스를 가지는 N채널 풀업트랜지스터 : 및 상기 VDD단자에 접속되는 드레인, 상기 제2의 2입력 AND게이트의 출력에 접속되는 게이트 및 상기 구동기 회로출력에 접속되는 소오스를 가지는 제1선택가능한 N채널 풀업트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 프로그램가능한 출력구동기 회로.
  4. 풀업 및 풀다운 트랜지스터의 제1세트를 사용하여 입력신호에 따라 구동기회로의 출력을 구동시키는 단계; 인에이블신호의 유입에 따라, 상기 제1세트의 트랜지스터에 병렬로 상기 구동기 회로출력에 선택가능한 풀업 및 풀다운 트랜지스터의 세트를 접속하는 단계; 및 상기 입력신호의 주파수가 특정 주파수이상이면 상기 인에이블 신호의 입력에 의하여 상기 선택가능한 트랜지스터의 세트를 인에이블 시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다양한 주파수에서 잡음 마아진을 최적화하기 위하여 다수 구동능력을 가진 프로그램 가능한 출력구동기회로를 제공하기 위한 방법.
