제2도는 본 발명의 선호되는 실시예에 따른 제조된 트랜스 임계 증기 압축사이클의 개략도이다. 이 실시예는 액상에서 냉매를 보유하는 증발기 시스템의 일체부와 같은 체적을 포함한다.
제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따라 제조된 트랜스 임계 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 개략도이다. 이 실시예는 2개의 밸스 사이의 유동 회로로 직접 연결되는 중간 압력 리시버를 포함한다.
제4도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 제조한 트랜스 임계 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 개략도이다. 이 실시예는 액체 또는 슈퍼 임계 상태로 냉매를 수용하는 특별한 리시버를 포함한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 트랜스 임계 조건틀하에 냉매를 작동시키는 일체 폐회로를 형성하면 직렬 연결된 압축기(10), 열 교환기(11), 교축(throttling) 수단(13) 및 증발 열 교환기(14)를 포함하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절 방법에 있어서, 용량은 교축수단(13)의 입구에서 슈퍼 임계적으로 가압된 냉매의 비 엔탈피를 변화시키므로서 조절되고 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용량 조절은 교축 수단(13)의 입구에서 슈퍼 임계냉매 압력을 변화시키고 회로의 고압축에서 순간적인 냉매 충전량을 변화시키므로서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용량 조절은 열 교환기(11)에서 열을 흡수하는 열 교환 매체의 흐름 속도를 제어하므로서 교축 수단(13)의 입구에서 냉매 온도의 변화에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 교축수단(13)은 회로의 저압축에서 증발기(14)와 압축기(10) 사이에 연결된 리시버(20)의 액체 냉매 재고량을 변화시키기 위한 조종 수단으로 작용하고 열 교환기(12)는 증발기(14)의 건조 없이 고압측내에 조성된 충전량을 빨리 증가시키고 동시에 압축기(10)로 오일을 복귀시키기 위해 리시버(20)로 부터 공급된 액체를 증발시킬 목적으로 리시버(20)와 압축기(10) 사이에 포함되어 고압 가스로부터 열을 교환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 흐름 회로의 고압측에서 순간적인 냉매 충전량의 변화는 밸브(21)와 교축수단(13) 사이의 흐름 회로에 장착된 리시버(22)에서 슈퍼 임계적으로 가압된 냉매 충전량을 변화시키기 위해 밸브(21)와 교축수단(13)을 조절하므로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 흐름 회로의 고압측에서 순간적인 냉매 충전량의 변화는 밸브들(23, 24)을 갖춘 파이프에 의해 흐름 회로의 고압측과 저압측에 연결된 저장장치(25)로 부터 또는 저장장치(25)로 냉매의 충전 또는 제거를 계속해서 조절하고, 저장 장치(25)내의 압력을 하이 사이드(high side) 압력과 로우 사이드(low side) 압력의 중간으로 유지하므로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
  7. 상기 항들중 하나 또는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 냉매는 이산화탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
  8. 상기 항들중 하나 또는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 트랜스-임계 증기 압력 사이클 장치는 자동차 에어콘에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압축 사이클 장치의 가열/냉각 용량의 조절방법.
