Claims (5)
- 圧縮機、凝縮器、絞り装置および蒸発器が配管により順次接続されて冷媒が流れる可逆サイクルの冷媒回路が構成され、前記冷媒回路を流れる冷媒の流量を調整する流量調整部が前記絞り装置と並列に設けられ、前記流量調整部は、前記絞り装置前後の高圧側から低圧側に流れる冷媒の圧力を利用して冷媒を溜めるレシーバと、前記冷媒回路における絞り装置の高圧側と前記レシーバとを接続する高圧側の連結管と、前記冷媒回路における絞り装置の低圧側と前記レシーバとを接続する低圧側の連結管と、夫々の連結管に介在され冷媒の流量を調整する高圧側及び低圧側の流量調整装置とを備えた冷凍サイクルにおいて、
前記高圧側及び低圧側の流量調整装置は、レシーバから冷媒の流れる方向が開弁方向であり、弁箱内で弁孔付き弁座に離着座可能に内装された弁体を有し、前記弁孔は、レシーバ側から絞り装置側に向かって狭まる開口形状とされ、
前記高圧側及び低圧側の流量調整装置は、冷媒量の調整をするとき以外は閉状態とされることを特徴とする冷凍システム装置。 - 前記高圧側及び低圧側の流量調整装置の前記レシーバに接続される第1の連結管の他端部が弁箱の一側に接続され、絞り装置側に接続される第2の連結管の他端部が弁箱の他側に接続され、前記弁体は、レシーバから冷媒が流れる方向が開弁方向とされた請求項1に記載の冷凍システム装置。
- レシーバに接続される第1の連結管は弁箱の一側底部に接続され、絞り装置側に接続される第2の連結管は弁箱の上部に接続された請求項2に記載の冷凍システム装置。
- 前記絞り装置側に接続される第2の連結管は、弁箱の上部に横方向から接続された請求項3に記載の冷凍システム装置。
- 圧縮機、凝縮器、絞り装置および蒸発器が配管により順次接続されて冷媒が流れる可逆サイクルの冷媒回路が構成され、前記絞り装置は、前記冷媒回路を流れる冷媒の流量を調整する第1の流量調整装置と第2の流量調整装置とからなり、前記第1の流量調整装置と第2の流量調整装置との間に、冷媒回路を流れる冷媒の圧力を利用して冷媒を溜めるレシーバが設けられ、前記第1の流量調整装置及び第2の流量調整装置は、レシーバから冷媒の流れる方向が開弁方向であり、弁箱内で弁孔付き弁座に離着座可能に内装された弁体を有し、前記弁孔は、レシーバ側から絞り装置側に向かって狭まる開口形状とされることを特徴とする冷凍システム装置。
