Claims (3)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물에 임의의 추가 결합을 도입시키는 반면 이화합물 또는 토오토머체 및/또는 그의 염은 로부터 H-Z를 분리하거나 다음 일반식(V)의 화합물중 R3'기를 R3기로 전환시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염증 R4를 수소로 전환시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅶa)의 화합물 또는 그의 토오토머체를 다음 일반식(Ⅶb)의 화합물 또는 다음 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물 또는 그의 이성체와 반응시키고 필요하다면 본 제법에 따라 수득될 수 있는 유리 화합물을 염으로 전환시키거나 본 제법에 따라 수득될 수 있는 염을 유리 화합물 또는 다른 염으로 전환시키고 또는 필요하다면 본 발명에 따라 수득될 수 있는 일반식(I)의 이성체 화합물의 혼합물을 개별 이성체로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물 이들의 이성체 및 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서R1및 R2는 서로 다른 카보사이클릭 아릴 및 헤테로아릴을 나타내며A는 2원자가 탄화수소기를 나타내며R3는 카복시, 에스테르화된 카복시 또는 아미드화된 카복시를 나타내며 (단, A가 메틸렌 또는 에틸리덴을 나타내고 R3가 에톡시카보닐을 나타내며 R1및 R2중 적어도 하나는 페닐이 아니며 또한 A가 에틸리덴을 나타내고 R3가 카복시를 나타내며 -R1및 R2중 적어도 하나는 페닐, P-메톡시페닐 및 P-클로로페닐이 아니다)Y1및 Y6는 중 하나는 하이드록시 또는 아미노를 나타내며, 나머지 라디칼 및 Y2는 각각 수소를 나타내고 Y3는 Y4및 Y5와 함께=N-그룹을 나타내거나, Y1과 Y6함께 결합을 이루고 Y2는 수소를 Y3는 하이드록시 또는 아미노를 나타내고 Y4는 Y5와 함께 -NH- 그룹을 나타내거나, Y1과 Y6함께 결합을 이루고 Y2는 Y3와 함께 추가 결합을 나타내고 Y4및 Y5중 하나는 아미노를 나머지는 아미노, 하이드록시 또는 반응성 에스테르화 하이드록시 특히 할로겐 또는 설포닐옥시를 나타내거나, Y1은 하이드록시를 Y2및 Y3는 각각 수소를 Y4는 하이드록시 또는 아미노를 Y5는 Y6과 함께=NH 그룹을 나타내거나 Y4가 만일 아미노이면 옥소 또는 이미노를 나타내며,R3'는 R3로 전환될 수 있는 기를 나타내며,R4는 수소로 전환될 수 있는 기를 나타낸다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅲa)의 디케톤을 가열하면서 다음 일반식(Ⅲb)의 알데하이드 또는 그의 염 및 과량의 암모니아와 반응시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅲc)의 아실화된 α-아미노-케톤 또는 그의 염을 암모니아와 반응시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅲh)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 다음 일반식(Ⅲi)의 산유도체와 반응시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅲd)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 다음 일반식(Ⅲe)의 화합물 또는 그의 암모니아와의 염과 반응시키거나 다음 일반식(Ⅲf)의 옥사졸을 암모니아와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 1에 따르는 방법.상기 식에서R1,R2,R3및 A는 전술된 바와같으며Z1은 반응성 에스테르화 하이드록시를 나타내며Z2는 아미디노기 또는 암모늄 카복실레이트를 나타낸다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅲd)의 화합물을 다음 일반식(Ⅲp)의 카복실산 그의 염 또는 그의 작용성 유도체 및 암모니아와 반응시키거나 일반식(Ⅲd)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲp)의 화합물의 작용성 유도체와 반응시켜 수득할 수 있는 다음 일반식(Ⅲq)의 화합물을 암모니아와 반응시키고 필요하다면 이 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 일반식(Ⅲf)의 화합물중 N-산화되지 않는 헤테로아릴기 R1및 R2를 산화제 존재하에 N-산화시키고 필요하다면 본 제법에 따라 수득될 수 있는 유리화합물을 염으로 전환시키거나 본제법에 따라 수득할 수 있는 염을 유리화합물 또는 다른 염으로 전환시키고/또는 필요하다면 본 발명에 따라 수득할 수 있는 일반식(I)의 이성체화합물을 개별 이성체로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅲf)의 화합물 이들의 이성체 및 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서R1및 R2는 헤테로아릴 및 기타 카로사이클릭 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴을 나타내며A는 2원자가 탄화수소기를 나타내며R3는 카복시, 에스테르화된 카복시 또는 아미드화된 카복시를 나타낸다.(단, 헤테로아릴 R1또는 R2는 푸릴 및 티에닐이 아니다)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
