Claims (2)

  1. a)일반식(Ⅲ)의 카르복실산을 강무기산 존재하에 폐환시키거나, b)일반식 (Ⅳ)의 에스테를 염기 조재하에 폐환하거나, c)일반식(Ⅴ)의 아미노 화합물을 탈아미노화시키거나, d)일반식(Ⅵ)의 스피로히단토인을 약 ℃ 내지 80℃에서 염기성 화합물의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅶ)의 피리딘과 반응시키고, 필요한 경우 얻어진 화합물을 시스 및 트랜스형 및 /또는 그들의 엔안티오머로 분할함을 특징으로 하여 일반식 (Ⅰ) 화합물을 제조하는 방법
    상기 식에서, A는 임의로 단일 또는 다중으로 결합된 탄소수 5 내지 10의 다음 일반식()의 사이클로알칸 그룹이거나, =CR4R5그룹을 나타내며
    Q는 CH 또는 N이고, R1R2및 R3는 같거나 다를수 있으며, 수소, C1-4직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬 또는 C3-4직쇄 또는 측쇄 알케닐이고, R4및 R5는 같거나 다를수 있으며, C1-4 -0, C1-4 -S또는 임의 치환된 페닐 -O 또는 페닐-S 그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 C1-4알킬, C2-4알케닐, 저급알킬 그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 C3-6사이클로알킬, 또는 임의 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질이고, W는 산소이거나, Q가 CH일때 황일 수 있으며, X 및 Y는 같거나 다를수 있으며, 할로겐, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시 또는 트리플루오로 메틸이고 X는 또한 수소를 나타내기도 하며, Z는 직쇄이거나 측쇄의 임의 치횐된 지방족 그룹 또는 임의 치환된아르알리파틱 그룹이고, E 및 E'는 수소이거나 NH2이며, 적어도 두 그룹중 하나는 NH2이고, Z'는 니트로 그룹 또는 할로겐이다.
  2. 제6(a) 또는 6(b)항에 있어서, 일반식 H2N-CR4R5-COOH의 아미노카복실산 또는 상응하는 일반식 H2N-CR4R5-COOZ의 에스테르 및 일반식(여기서, X 및 Y는 전술한 바와 같다)의 이소티오시아네이트로부터 일반식(Ⅰ)의 티오히단토인을 제조하기 위해서, 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 화합물을 동일 반응계내에서 생성시키고 이 화합물을 분리시키지 않은 채 최종 생성물로 전환시키므로 특징으로 하는 방법
