Claims (1)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 X가 N-R5(여기에서 R5는 후술함)이고 R2'및 R3'각각은 수소, 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알칼라디칼, 아릴라디칼, 아르알킬 라디칼 또는 아세톡시메틸 그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조할 경우에는 일반식(Ⅱ')의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 불활성 유기 용매의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 엔아미노카복실레이트와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅱ)'의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 불활성 유기 용매의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아민과 일반식(Ⅴ)의 β-케토에스테르와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅵ)'의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 불활성 유기용매의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅶ)의 엔아미노카복실레이트와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅵ)'의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 불활성유기 용매의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아민 및 일반식(Ⅷ)의 β-케토에스테르와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅸ)의 알데히드를 임의로 불활성유기용매의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 엔아미노카복실레이트 및 일반식(Ⅷ)의 β-케토카복실레이트와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅸ)의 알데히드를 임의로 불활성유기용매의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅶ)의 엔아미노카복실레이트 및 일반식(Ⅴ)의 β-케토카복실레이트와 반응시켜 제조하고, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 X가 NH이고, R2또는 R3가 아미노 그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조할 경우에는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 불활성유기 용매의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅹ)의 아미디노 아세테이트와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 불활성 유기용매의 존재하에서 일반식(XI)의 아미디노아세테이트와 반응시켜 제조하고, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 X가 N-R5(여기에서 R5는 후술함)이고 R2또는 R3가 히드록시메틸 그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조할 경우에는 R2또는 R3가 아세톡시메틸인 본 발명에 따른 상응하는 화합물을 산성 또는 염기성 조건으로 가수분해시켜 아세톡시메틸 그룹을 히드록시메틸 그룹으로 전환시켜 제조하고, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 X가 산소원자이고 R2또는 R3가 아미노 그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조할 경우에는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 유기용매의 존재하에 일반식(XⅡ)의 시아노 아세테이트와 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 일리덴-β-케토에스테르를 임의로 유기용매의 존재하에 일반식(XⅢ)의 시아노아세테이트와 반응시켜 제조하고 수득한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 임의로 그의 부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 아릴 또는 티에닐, 푸릴, 피릴, 피라졸릴, 이미다졸릴, 옥사졸릴, 이스옥사졸릴, 티아졸릴, 피리딜, 피리다지닐, 피리미딜, 피라지닐, 인돌릴, 벤즈이미다졸릴, 벤즈옥사졸릴, 벤즈이스옥사졸릴, 벤즈옥사디아졸릴, 퀴놀릴, 이소퀴놀릴, 퀸아졸릴 또는 퀸옥살릴이고 여기에서 아릴 라디칼과 헤테로 사이클은 페닐, 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬렌, 디옥시알킬렌, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 폴리플루오로알콕시, 니트로, 사아노, 아지도 또는 SOm-알킬(m=0 내지 2)로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택한 1내지 2개의 동일하거나 상이한 치환체를 임의로 함유하며, R1은 쇄중에서 하나의 산소원자가 임의로 개입될 수 있고 및/또는 할로겐, 시아노, 히드록실, 아실옥시, 페닐, 펜옥시 또는 아미노그룹(알킬, 아릴 또는 아르알킬로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택한 2개의 동일하거나 상이한 치환체로 임의 치환됨)으로 임의 치환된 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 환상의 포화 또는 불포화된 탄화수소 라디칼이며, R4는 하나의 산소원자가 임의로 개입될 수 있고 및/또는 할로겐, 히도록실 또는 아실옥시로 임의 치환된 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 환상의 포화 또는 불포화된, 탄소수 7 내지 14의 탄화수소 라디칼이고, R2및 R3는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각 수소, 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알칼라디칼, 아릴라디칼 또는 아르알킬 라디칼이거나, 치환체 R2및 R3중의 하나가 상기한 바와 같고 다른 하나는 허드록시메틸, 아세톡시메틸 또는 아미노이며, X는 N-R5(여기에서 R5는 수소이거나, 산소원자가 임의 개입된 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬라디칼, 몰폴리노알킬라디칼, 아릴라디칼 또는 아르알킬라디칼이다)이거나, X는 산소원자이고 후자의 경우 R2및 R3중의 하나는 아미노 그룹을 나타내며, R2'및 R3'는 각각 수소, 직쇄, 또는 측쇄의 알킬 라디칼, 아릴 라디칼, 아르알킬라디칼 또는 아세톡시메틸 그룹이며 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 R2는 전술된 바와 같지만 아미노 또는 히드록시 메틸 그룹은 나타내지 않으며, 일반식(Ⅵ)에서 R3는 전술된 바와 같지만 아미노 또는 히도록시 메틸그룹을 나타내지 않는다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
