Claims (25)
- 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관에 있는 표적 유전자의 발현 억제, 지연 또는 감소에 사용하기 위한 분리된 핵산 분자로서, 상기 핵산 분자는 표적 유전자, 또는 그의 대역 또는 그의 상보물과 95% 이상의 동일성을 갖는 뉴클레오티드의 복수개 복제물을 함유하고, 상기 복수개 복제물의 2개 이상의 복제물은 서로 다른 방향으로 존재하고, 상기 뉴클레오티드 서열은 20개 이상의 뉴클레오티드를 함유하는 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분리된 핵산 분자는 상기 비인간 진핵 세포에 고유하지 않는 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 표적 유전자는 상기 비인간 진핵 세포에 고유하지 않는 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 표적 유전자는 바이러스 유전자인 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, RNA를 포함하는 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, DNA를 포함하는 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 복제물은 뉴클레오티드 서열에 의해 분리된 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 복수개 복제물의 상기 두 개의 복제물을 분리하는 뉴클레오티드 서열은 인트론인 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 비인간 진핵 세포는 포유동물 세포인 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 비인간 진핵 세포는 곤충 세포인 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 비인간 진핵 세포는 수중 동물 세포인 것인 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 분리된 핵산 분자 또는 이를 코딩하는 뉴클레오티드 서열에 작동적으로 연결되고 비인간 진핵 세포에서 기능하 는 프로모터를 포함하는 유전 구조물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 분리된 핵산 분자 또는 제 12항에 따른 유전 구조물을 포함하는 비인간 진핵 세포.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 포유동물 세포인 세포.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 곤충 세포인 세포.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 수중 동물 세포인 세포.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 분리된 핵산 분자 또는 제 12항에 따른 유전 구조물 및 동물에게 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 분리된 핵산 분자 또는 제 12항에 따른 유전 구조물을 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관 내로 도입하는 것을 포함하는, 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관에 있는 표적 유전자의 발현을 억제, 지연 또는 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관은 포유동물로부터 유 래한 것인 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관은 곤충으로부터 유래한 것인 방법.

- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 분리된 핵산 분자를 선별하고, 선별된 분리된 핵산 분자를 표적 유전자의 mRNA 산물이 조절되는데 충분한 시간과 조건 하에서 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관 내로 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관에 있는 표적 유전자의 발현을 조절하는 방법.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관은 포유동물로부터 유래한 것인 방법.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 비인간 진핵 세포, 조직 또는 기관은 곤충으로부터 유래한 것인 방법.
