Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 전기 광학 장치로서,기판 상의 화상 표시 영역에 배치된 표시용 전극과,상기 화상 표시 영역의 주위를 규정하는 프레임 차광막과,상기 프레임 차광막으로부터 상기 기판쪽으로 마련되며, 또한 상기 프레임 차광막의 영역내에 위치하고, 트랜지스터를 포함하는 회로 소자와 상기 트랜지스터에 접속되는 배선으로 이루어지는 패턴부와,상기 프레임 차광막의 영역에서 상기 패턴부에 겹치도록 상기 기판쪽으로부터 덮는 도전성의 하측 차광막을 포함하되,상기 하측 차광막은 상기 트랜지스터에 대향하는 부분과 상기 배선에 대향하는 부분을 상호 분리하도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 트랜지스터는 상보형 트랜지스터로 구성되고,상기 하측 차광막의 상기 트랜지스터에 대향하는 부분은 상기 상보형 트랜지스터에 대향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상보형 트랜지스터에 접속되는 배선은 고전위 배선과 저전위 배선이고,상기 하측 차광막의 상기 배선에 대향하는 부분은 상기 고전위 배선과 상기 저전위 배선에 대향하고 또한 상기 하측 차광막의 상보형 트랜지스터에 대향하는 부분과는 상호 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 트랜지스터에 접속되는 배선은 상기 트랜지스터의 드레인 영역에 접속되는 배선이고,상기 하측 차광막의 상기 배선에 대향하는 부분은 상기 트랜지스터의 드레인 영역에 접속되는 배선에 대향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 전자 기기로서,청구항 1에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
