- 규소의 미세결정이 규소 화합물에 분산되어 있는 구조의 입자들이 그 표면에 탄소로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 규소의 미세결정이 이산화규소에 분산되어 있는 구조의 입자들이 평균 입도가 0.01 내지 30㎛이고, BET 비표면적이 0.5 내지 20㎡/g이고, 탄소 부착량이 3 내지 70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 미세결정은 1 내지 500nm의 크기를 가지며, 규소 화합물은 이산화규소이고, 입자 표면은 적어도 부분적으로 탄소와 융착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, x-선 회절 분석에 의해서 분석할 때, Si(111)에 기인하는 회절 피크가 관찰되고, 규소 미세결정은 Scherrer 법에 의한 회절 피크의 반폭으로부터 구한 바 1 내지 500nm의 크기를 가지며, 탄소 부착량은 규소 복합체의 5 내지 70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 수산화 알칼리 용액과의 반응시 수소 가스를 발생시킬 수 있는 0가의 규소를 1 내지 35 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라만 분광학에서 라만 이동이 1580㎝-1근처의 흑연 구조 고유의 스펙트럼을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체.
- 산화규소를 유기물 가스 및/또는 증기와, 900 내지 1,400℃의 온도에서 불균화 반응시키고 동시에 화학증착을 실행하는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항에 따르는 도전성 규소 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 일반식: SiOx(여기서 1≤x<1.6)으로 표시되는 산화규소는 0.01 내지 30㎛의 평균 입도, 0.1 내지 30㎡/g의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 입자의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 800 내지 1,400℃의 온도에서 성분의 유기물 가스 및/또는 증기와의 화학증착을 실행하는 단계를 포함하고,성분은 900 내지 1,400℃의 온도에서 비활성 분위기에서 산화규소를 열처리하여 불균화 반응시킴으로써 얻은 규소 복합체, 규소 미립자를 졸-겔법에 의해 이산화규소로 피복함으로써 얻은 복합체, 규소 미세분말을 미세하게 분할된 실리카및 물의 도움으로 응집하고 소결함으로써 얻은 복합체, 그리고 규소 및 그것의 부분 산화물 및 질화물을 800 내지 1,400℃의 온도에서 비활성 기류에서 가열함으로써 얻은 생성물중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항에 따르는 도전성 규소 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 산화규소를 500 내지 1,200℃의 온도에서 유기물 가스 및/또는 증기로 사전에 화학증착시키고 결과된 생성물을 900 내지 1,400℃에서 비활성 분위기에서 열처리하여 불균화 반응시키는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항에 따르는 도전성 규소 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 방법은 유동층 반응로, 회전로, 수직 이동층 반응로, 터널로, 배치로 및 로터리 킬른으로부터 선택된 반응장치에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 규소 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한항의 도전성 규소 복합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 음극재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한항의 도전성 규소 복합체와 1 내지 60중량%의 도전제의 혼합물을 포함하며, 혼합물은 총 탄소 함유량이 25 내지 90중량%인 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 음극재료.
