- 수소 실세스퀴옥산(hydrogen silsesquioxane, HSQ)을 불활성 분위기 하에서 900 내지 1300℃의 온도 범위에서 소성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 산화물계 복합 음극 활물질 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 수소 실세스퀴옥산이 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란 화합물을 산 촉매 하에서 졸-겔 반응시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 산화물계 복합 음극 활물질 제조 방법:<화학식 1>HSi(R1)(R2)(R3)상기 식에서,R1, R2 및 R3 는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-10알콕시기이다.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 실란 화합물과 함께 탄소계 재료를 상기 실란 화합물과 탄소계 재료의 혼합물 총량의 10 내지 60 중량% 첨가하여 졸-겔 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 산화물계 복합 음극 활물질 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 수소 실세스퀴옥산과 함께 탄소 전구체를 상기 수소 실세스퀴옥산과 탄소 전구체 혼합물 총량의 10 내지 90 중량% 첨가하여 소성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 산화물계 복합 음극 활물질 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소계 재료가 카본 블랙, 흑연 입자, 비정질 탄소, 탄소 나노 튜브, 탄소 나노 화이버, 기상 성장 탄소 화이버로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 산화물계 복합 음극 활물질 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 전구체가 석유 피치, 콜 타르 피치, 수크로스(sucrose), 페놀 수지, 에폭시 수지, 펄퍼릴알코올(furfuryl alcohol), 폴리염화비닐(polyvinyl chloride) 및 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinyl alcohol)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 산화물계 복합 음극 활물질 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 실리콘 산화 물계 복합 음극 활물질로서,X-선 광전 스펙트럼에서 103 내지 106eV의 바인딩 에너지를 가지며 1.6 내지 2.4eV의 FWHM(full width at half maximum)을 갖는 실리콘 피크를 나타내며, 상기 피크의 면적으로부터 계산된 원자%(atomic%)가 10 이상의 값을 가지는 일반식 SiOx(0<x<2)로 표시되는 비정질 실리콘 산화물을 포함하는 실리콘 산화물계 복합 음극 활물질.
