Claims (2)
- 一般式がLixNiyCozMtO2(式中、Mは、Mg、Ba、Al、Ti、Mn、V、Fe、Zr、およびMoからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種であり、0.9≦x≦1.2、0≦y≦1.1、0<z≦1.1、および0≦t≦1.1)で表される正極活物質を含む正極と、シリコンと酸化シリコンを主成分とし、FT−IR法によりもとめられる2110±10cm−1の吸光度が、0.01〜0.035である負極活物質を含む負極と、10ppm以上40ppm以下のフッ酸を含有する非水電解液を有することを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記負極活物質は、非晶質炭素で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1のリチウムイオン二次電池。
