Claims (3)
- シリコンと酸化シリコンを主成分とする負極活物質において、アルゴンレーザーラマンスペクトルにおける950±30cm−1(A)と480±30cm−1(B)のピークを有し、その強度比(B/A)が1〜10であることを特徴とする負極活物質。
- 請求項1に記載の負極活物質を含むことを特徴とする負極。
- 請求項2記載の負極を用いることを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。
