- pH 4.5로 조제한 0.005%의 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스 수용액을 시험액으로서 사용하는 제 13 개정 일본 약전의 용출 시험 제 2 법(패들법, 50rpm)에 있어서, 마크로라이드계 화합물의 최대 용출량의 63.2%가 제제로부터 용출되는 시간(T63.2%)이 0.7~15 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 마크로라이드계 화합물의 서방성 제제.

- 용출 시험액에 셀룰로오스 폴리머를 적량 첨가하여 수행하는 마크로라이드계 화합물을 함유하는 고형 제제로부터의 마크로라이드계 화합물의 용출 시험법.
