- 유전체층 및 내부전극층을 교대로 적층하여 이루어지는 콘덴서 본체를 구비한 적층 세라믹 콘덴서이고, 상기 유전체층이 하기(a) 내지 (c)의 조건에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.(a)복수개의 결정 입자와 상기 복수개의 결정 입자가 인접해서 형성된 2면간 입계 및 3중점 입계에 의해 구성되는 입계상으로 이루어지고,(b)상기 유전체층의 단위 면적당의 전체 3중점 입계수 중 5%이상의 3중점 입계에 Si-Ba-O 화합물이 형성되어 있고,(c)상기 유전체층의 단위 면적당에 있어서, 상기 2면간 입계에 있어서의 Si농도 C1과, 상기 3중점 입계에 있어서의 Si농도 C2의 비(C2/C1)가 2이상 2.4이하이다.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정 입자는 Ca성분 농도가 다른 티탄산 바륨 결정 입자이고, 상기 티탄산 바륨 결정 입자에 대해서 바륨 또는 바륨과 Ca를 A사이트라 하고, 티탄을 B사이트라고 했을 때에 몰비로 A/B≥1.003의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 티탄산 바륨 결정 입자는 Ca성분 농도가 0.2원자%이하의 BT결정 입자와, Ca성분 농도가 0.4원자%이상의 BCT결정 입자로 이루어지고, 또한, 상기 BCT결정 입자 중의 바륨 또는 바륨과 Ca를 A사이트라 하고, 티탄을 B사이트라고 했을 때에 몰비로 A/B≥1.003의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교류 임피던스법에 의한 고온 부하 처리 전후에 있어서의 유전체층 중의 입계상의 저항 변화율이 ±0.7%/min.이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 유전체 분말 및 유기 수지를 함유하는 그린 시트와, 내부 전극 패턴을 교대로 적층하여 구성된 콘덴서 본체 성형체를 소성하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제조방법에 있어서:상기 유전체 분말로서, Mg, 희토류 원소 및 Mn의 산화물을 첨가하고, 또한 A사이트의 일부가 Ca로 치환된 페로브스카이트형 티탄산 바륨 분말(BCT분말)과, 치환Ca를 함유하지 않고 있는 페로브스카이트형 티탄산 바륨 분말(BT분말)의 혼합 분말 100질량부에 대하여 알루미나의 함유량이 0.1질량%이하인 유리를 0.7∼2질량부, 탄산 바륨을 0.01∼1질량부 첨가한 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 유리에 함유되는 상기 알루미나의 함유량이 0.08질량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 BCT분말의 양을 WBCT라 하고, 상기 BT분말의 양을 WBT라고 했을 때에 비(WBCT/WBT)가 0.95∼1.05의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 BCT분말 중의 바륨 및 Ca량을 A라 하고, 티탄량을 B라고 했을 때에 몰비로 A/B≥1.003의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제조방법.
