Description
上記式において、粒界23に低誘電率相が薄く広く分布している場合には、1/C2の個数が多くなるので、1/Cの値を大きくしてしまい、よって、合成容量Cを下げてしまう。このことから、特許文献1に記載の誘電体セラミック21は、全体としての誘電率が低くなる。
上記式において、1/C2の個数が少ないため、1/Cの値が大きくなることが抑制され、その結果、合成容量Cが低下することが最小限に抑えられる。
まず、主成分粉末であるBaTiO3粉末を準備した。
上記セラミック原料に、ポリビニルブチラール系バインダおよびエタノール等の有機溶剤を加えて、ボールミルにより30時間湿式混合することによって、セラミックスラリーを作製した。
次に、得られた積層セラミックコンデンサについて、表2に示すように、室温での誘電率、誘電損失、容量温度特性、高温負荷寿命特性および高温での絶縁抵抗を評価した。
この実験例において、二次相粒子として、断面における円相当径が0.1μm以上であり、BaTiO3からかる主相粒子とは明らかに組成の異なる相を有するものと定義した。

前記主成分からなる主相粒子と、前記主相粒子とは異なる組成を有しかつ断面における円相当径が0.1μm以上である二次相粒子とを含み、
当該誘電体セラミック中のSiの全含有量に対する、前記二次相粒子中のSi含有量の割合が40%以上であり、
前記二次相粒子中のSi含有量は30モル%以上である、
誘電体セラミック。 - 積層された複数の誘電体セラミック層、および前記誘電体セラミック層間の特定の界面に沿って形成された複数の内部電極をもって構成される、コンデンサ本体と、
前記コンデンサ本体の外表面上の互いに異なる位置に形成され、かつ前記内部電極の特定のものに電気的に接続される、複数の外部電極と
を備え、
前記誘電体セラミック層は、請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミックからなる、
積層セラミックコンデンサ。
