Description
本実施例は、ある特定の組成において積層セラミックコンデンサを作製し、R1とR2の結晶粒子の固溶状態がDCバイアス下における誘電率に与える影響をみたものである。実験組成は、100Ba1.00TiO3+0.5Sm+1.0Y+0.1Mn+1.2Mg+1.2Siである。試料は試料番号1〜4の4つである。
Claims (3)
- 一般式ABO3で表されるペロブスカイト型化合物(AはBaを含み、または、CaおよびSrからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種とBaを含み、BはTiを含み、または、ZrおよびHfからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種とTiを含む)を主成分とし、副成分としてR1(R1はLa、Nd、Sm、GdおよびDyからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種である)、およびR2(R2はY、Ho、ErおよびYbからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種である)を含む組成を有し、かつ、結晶粒子と結晶粒界とを備える誘電体セラミックにおいて、
前記ABO3100モル部に対するR1の総含有量をαモル部、R2の総含有量をβモル部とするとき、
前記結晶粒子の断面を観察したとき、前記結晶粒子の表面から前記結晶粒子の内部に向かって10nm以上離れた点におけるR1の濃度がα/2以上、R2の濃度がβ/5未満(0を含む)である前記結晶粒子が全体の60%以上であり、
前記ABO 3 が、一般式:(Ba 1-x Ca x ) m (Ti 1-y Zr y )O 3 であり、かつ、副成分としてさらにM1(M1はV、CrおよびMnからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種である)、M2(M2はMg、Ni、MoおよびWからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種である)およびSiを、それぞれABO 3 100モル部に対しaモル部、bモル部、cモル部含み、前記x、y、m、α、β、a、bおよびcが
0≦x≦0.05
0≦y≦0.02
0.99≦m≦1.03
0.2≦α≦3.0
0.2≦β≦3.0
0.01≦a≦0.5
0.5≦b≦2.0
0.5≦c≦3.0
を満足する、誘電体セラミック。 - 前記結晶粒子の断面を観察したとき、前記結晶粒子の表面から前記結晶粒子の内部に向かって10nm以上離れた点において、R2が実質的に存在せず、かつ、R2が結晶粒界にのみ存在する、請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミック。
- 積層された複数の誘電体セラミック層と、前記複数の誘電体セラミック層の間に配置された複数の内部電極と、前記複数の内部電極に電気的に接続された外部電極と、を備える積層セラミックコンデンサであって、前記誘電体セラミック層が、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体セラミックによって形成されている、積層セラミックコンデンサ。
