一般式{100(Ba1-x-ySrxCay)m(Ti1-zZrz)O3+aBaO+bR2O3+cMgO+dMnO+eCuO+fV2O5+gXuOv(ただし、RはLa、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu及びYの中から選択された少なくとも1種、XuOvは少なくともSiを含有した酸化物のグループを示す。)で表され、

主成分粉末を作製するにあたり、BaCO3、CaCO3およびTiO2の各粉末を準備し、これらを所定量ずつ秤量した後、純水および分散剤を加え、さらに、強制循環型の湿式粉砕機(PSZメディアを使用)を用いながら、粉砕および解砕処理を行なった。処理後のスラリーをオーブンで乾燥した後、950℃以上の温度で熱処理を行ない、平均粒径が0.15〜0.25μmの(Ba,Ca)TiO3系の主成分粉末を得た。
100(Ba1−xCax)TiO3+aRe2O3+bMgO+cMnO+dV2O5+eSiO2
で表わされる組成を有するものであるが、Ca量x、Re種およびRe量a、Mg量b、Mn量c、V量d、Si量e、ならびにe/bは、表1に示すとおりとした。
実験例2では、表3に示すように、Ca量x、Re種およびRe量a、Mg量b、Mn量c、V量dならびにSi量eについては、この発明の範囲内にあるが、上述のSiO2量とMgO量の比e/bを種々に変更した試料を、実験例1の場合と同様の要領で作製した。

前記コンデンサ本体の外表面上の互いに異なる位置に形成され、かつ前記内部電極の特定のものに電気的に接続される、複数の外部電極と
を備え、
前記誘電体セラミック層は、請求項1または2に記載の誘電体セラミックからなる、
