Claims (12)
- 일반식:(Ba1-tCat)m(Ti1-u-xZruCux)O3(단, 0.96≤m≤1.02, 0.001≤x≤0.03, 0<t≤0.1, 0<u≤0.06)로 표현되는 화합물을 주성분으로 하는 동시에,부성분으로서, Re(Re는 La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 및 Y로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종), M(M은 Mn, Ni, Fe, Co, V, W, Cr, Mo, Al로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종), Mg 및 Si를 함유하고,상기 Cu가 상기 주성분을 구성하는 주요 상 입자 중에 균일하게 분산하여 존재하는 동시에, 상기 각 부성분의 함유량이, 상기 주성분 100몰부에 대해서 각각,Re:0.1∼1.5몰부,M:0.1∼0.6몰부,Mg:0.1∼1.5몰부,Si:0.1∼2.0몰부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 Re가 상기 주요 상 입자에 고용하고 있는 영역의 평균값은, 단면에 있어서의 면적비로 40% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 복수의 유전체층과 내부전극이 교대로 적층된 세라믹 적층체가 소결되어 이 루어지는 적층 소결체와, 상기 적층 소결체의 바깥표면에 형성된 외부전극을 구비한 적층 세라믹 콘덴서에 있어서,상기 유전체층이, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유전체 세라믹으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
