Description
誘電体セラミックの主成分となるべき出発原料として、BaCO3、CaCO3、SrCO3、TiO2、ZrO2、Gd2O3およびMgOの各粉末を準備した。なお、BaCO3粉末としては、比表面積が11m2/gのもの、およびTiO2粉末としては、比表面積が13m2/gのものをそれぞれ選択した。
誘電体セラミックの主成分となるべき出発原料として、BaCO3、CaCO3、SrCO3、TiO2およびZrO2の各粉末、Reの酸化物であるLa2O3、CeO2、Pr6O11、Nd2O3、Sm2O3、Eu2O3、Gd2O3、Tb4O7、Dy2O3、Ho2O3、Er2O3、Tm2O3、Yb2O3、Lu2O3およびY2O3の各粉末、ならびに、Mの酸化物であるMgO、NiO、MnO、Al2O3、Cr2O3およびZnOの各粉末を準備した。なお、BaCO3粉末およびTiO2粉末については、実験例1で選択したものと同様の比表面積のものを選択した。

Claims (3)
- 一般式:(Ba1−h−m−xCahSrmRex)k(Ti1−n−yZrnMy)O3で表わされ、Reは、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、LuおよびYのうちの少なくとも1種であり、Mは、Mg、Ni、Mn、Al、CrおよびZnのうちの少なくとも1種であり、かつ、0.05≦x≦0.50、0.02≦y≦0.3、0.85≦k≦1.05、0≦h≦0.25、0≦m≦0.50、および0≦n≦0.40の各関係を満足する、チタン酸バリウム系複合酸化物からなる、主成分と、
焼結助剤としての副成分と
を含み、
焼結体における結晶粒子の平均粒径が0.6μm以下である、
誘電体セラミック。 - 一般式:(Ba1−h−m−xCahSrmRex)k(Ti1−n−yZrnMy)O3で表わされ、Reは、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、LuおよびYのうちの少なくとも1種であり、Mは、Mg、Ni、Mn、Al、CrおよびZnのうちの少なくとも1種であり、かつ、0.05≦x≦0.50、0.02≦y≦0.3、0.85≦k≦1.05、0≦h≦0.25、0≦m≦0.50、および0≦n≦0.40の各関係を満足する、チタン酸バリウム系複合酸化物からなる、反応物を得る、第1の工程と、
焼結助剤となる副成分を用意する、第2の工程と、
前記第1の工程で得られた前記反応物に、前記第2の工程で用意された前記副成分を混合する、第3の工程と、
前記第3の工程で得られた混合物を焼成する、第4の工程と
を備え、
前記第1の工程では、前記反応物を得るため、BaCO3粉末を含む複数の原料粉末を仮焼する工程が実施され、仮焼後の粉末のX線回折解析によるBaCO3の(111)回折ピークとBaTiO3の(110)回折ピークとの強度比が15/1000以上かつ200/1000以下となるように、未反応物を残留させるようにされ、前記第3の工程で得られた前記混合物は、前記未反応物をも含むことを特徴とする、
誘電体セラミックの製造方法。 - 積層された複数の誘電体セラミック層、および前記誘電体セラミック層間の特定の界面に沿って形成された複数の内部電極をもって構成される、コンデンサ本体と、
前記コンデンサ本体の外表面上の互いに異なる位置に形成され、かつ前記内部電極の特定のものに電気的に接続される、複数の外部電極と
を備え、
前記誘電体セラミック層は、請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミックからなる、
積層セラミックコンデンサ。
