Claims (4)
- 일반식: 100(Bal -w-x- mCawSrxGdm)k(Til-y-z- nZryHfzMgn)O3 +a+pMnO2+qSiO2+rCuO로 표시되는 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.단, 상기 일반식 중, (Bal -w-x- mCawSrxGdm)k(Til -y-z- nZryHfzMgn)O3 +a가 주성분이고,k, w, x, y, z, m, n, p, q 및 r은 단위를 몰로 하고, 각각,0.995≤k≤1.010,0≤w<0.04,0≤x≤0.04,0≤y≤0.10,0≤z≤0.05,0.015≤m≤0.035,0.015≤n≤0.035,0.01≤p≤1.0,0.5≤q≤2.5, 및0.01≤r≤5.0의 범위 내에 있고,a는 3으로부터의 편차에 대하여 상기 주성분이 전기적으로 중성이도록 선택되는 값이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 100몰에 대하여, 부성분으로서, Re2O3(Re는 Y, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm 및 Yb 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종)를 0.50몰 이하 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 복수의 적층된 유전체 세라믹층 및 복수의 상기 유전체 세라믹층간의 특정의 계면을 따라 또한 적층방향으로 서로 겹쳐진 상태로 형성된 복수의 내부전극을 포함하는 적층체와, 상기 내부전극의 특정의 것에 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 적층체의 외표면상에 형성된 외부전극을 구비하고, 상기 유전체 세라믹층은 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 유전체 세라믹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극은 비금속을 주성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
