Description
まず、出発原料として、TiO2、SrCO3およびSnO2の各粉末を用意した。これら粉末を、組成式:(Sr1-xSnx)mTiO3において、表1に示したxおよびmの各値を示す組成になるよう調合した。次に、この調合粉をボールミルにて混合粉砕し、乾燥の後、混合粉体を得た。
なお、この実験例1において作製しようとする試料は、M(MnおよびVの少なくとも一方)を含まない点でこの発明の範囲外のものである。
実験例1において作製した、組成式:(Sr1-xSnx)mTiO3において、x=0.100、m=1.00である試料6の組成を主成分とし、この主成分100モルに対して、表2に示すように、MO(Mは、MnまたはV)をaモル、SiO2をbモル添加した組成の誘電体セラミックについて、実験例1の場合と同様の評価を実施した。その結果が表2に示されている。
実験例1において作製した、組成式:(Sr1-xSnx)mTiO3において、x=0.100、m=1.00である試料6の組成を主成分とし、この主成分100モルに対して、表3に示すように、MnOの添加量aを0.500モルとし、SiO2の添加量bを2.0モルとするとともに、CaOをcモル添加した組成の誘電体セラミックについて、表3に示すように、ΔC(−55)およびΔC(125)を評価した。
まず、出発原料として、TiO2、SrCO3およびSnO2の各粉末に加えて、BaCO3粉末を用意した。これら粉末を、組成式:(Sr1-xーySnxBay)mTiO3において、表4に示したx、yおよびmの各値を示す組成になるよう調合した。次に、この調合粉をボールミルにて混合粉砕し、乾燥の後、混合粉体を得た。
なお、この実験例4において作製しようとする試料は、M(MnおよびVの少なくとも一方)を含まない点でこの発明の範囲外のものである。

Claims (4)
- 主成分が組成式:(Sr1−x−ySnxBay)TiO3で表わされ、かつ前記組成式において、xが0.005≦x≦0.24、yが0≦y≦0.25であり、
さらに、前記主成分100モルに対して、M(Mは、MnおよびVの少なくとも一方)を、MOに換算して、0.01モル〜5モル含む、誘電体セラミック。 - さらに、前記主成分100モルに対して、Siを、SiO2に換算して、0.2モル〜5モル含む、請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミック。
- さらに、前記主成分100モルに対して、Caを、CaOに換算して、0.1モル〜25モル含む、請求項1または2に記載の誘電体セラミック。
- 積層された複数の誘電体セラミック層、および前記誘電体セラミック層間の特定の界面に沿って形成された複数の内部電極をもって構成される、コンデンサ本体と、
前記コンデンサ本体の外表面上の互いに異なる位置に形成され、かつ前記内部電極の特定のものに電気的に接続される、複数の外部電極と
を備え、
前記誘電体セラミック層は、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の誘電体セラミックからなる、
積層セラミックコンデンサ。
