Description
本実験例は、主成分(Ba,Ca,Sn)(Ti,Zr)O3に対するREの効果を、Niを内部電極の主成分とする積層セラミックコンデンサにて調べたものである。
本実験例は、Snの含有量および固溶状態が、本発明の主効果に与える影響を、Niを内部電極の主成分とする積層セラミックコンデンサ、または単板コンデンサにおいて調べたものである。
本実験例は、同一の製造条件で製造された、Niを内部電極の主成分とする積層セラミックコンデンサにおいて、副成分の種類および含有量が諸特性に与える影響を調べたものである。
Claims (5)
- 組成式:(Ba1-x-yCaxSny)m(Ti1-zZrz)O3で表されるペロブスカイト型化合物(ただし、前記x、y、z、mは、0≦x≦0.20、0.02≦y≦0.20、0≦z≦0.05、0.990≦m≦1.015をそれぞれ満たす)を主成分とし、副成分としてRE(ただし、REは、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、YbおよびLuからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種である)を、前記主成分100モル部に対して0.5〜20モル部含み、
副成分として、MnおよびVからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種を、前記主成分100モル部に対して0.02〜1モル部含み、
副成分として、Mg、NiおよびZnからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種を、前記主成分100モル部に対して0.3〜4モル部含み、
副成分として、Siを、前記主成分100モル部に対して0.2〜5モル部含む、誘電体セラミック。 - 前記主成分において、前記xが0.02≦x≦0.20である、請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミック。
- キュリー温度が130℃以上である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の誘電体セラミック。
- 複数の積層されたセラミック層と、その界面に沿って形成された複数の層状の内部電極とを含むセラミック積層体に対し、前記セラミック積層体の表面に露出した内部電極を電気的に接続するように複数の外部電極が形成されている積層セラミックコンデンサにおいて、
前記セラミック層が、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の誘電体セラミックを含む、積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記内部電極の主成分がNiである、請求項4に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
