- (Ca1-x-yBaxSny)TiO3(ただし0≦x<0.2、0.01≦y<0.2)を主成分とする、誘電体セラミック。
- 積層された複数の誘電体セラミック層および前記誘電体セラミック層間の特定の界面に沿って形成された内部電極を含む積層体と、前記内部電極の特定のものに電気的に接続されるように前記積層体の外表面上に形成された外部電極と、を備え、
前記誘電体セラミック層は請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミックからなる積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記内部電極の主成分がNiであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
