Claims (10)
- 2개의 직교 방향을 갖는 2차원 형태로 배열된 복수의 발광부를 포함하는 면발광 레이저 어레이에 있어서,상기 복수의 발광부를 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 한 방향에 평행한 가상선 상에 정사영(orthogonal projection)할 경우, 상기 가상선을 따른 복수의 발광부 중 2개 사이의 간격은 미리 정해진 값의 자연수배이며, 상기 가상선 상에 정사영된 상기 복수의 발광부 각각의 중심은 상기 가상선 상에 정사영된 다른 발광부의 중심과 일치하지 않고,상기 복수의 발광부는, 제1 발광부와, 상기 가상선을 따라 상기 제1 발광부에 인접한 제2 발광부와, 상기 가상선을 따라 상기 제2 발광부에 인접한 제3 발광부를 포함하고, 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 한 방향에 있어서 상기 제1 발광부와 상기 제2 발광부 사이의 간격은 상기 제2 발광부와 상기 제3 발광부 사이의 간격과 다른 것인 면발광 레이저 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 발광부, 제2 발광부 및 제3 발광부는 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 한 방향을 따라 2차원 어레이의 중심부에 배열되며, 상기 제2 발광부와 상기 제3 발광부는 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 다른 방향을 따라 2차원 어레이의 양 단부 근방에 배치되고, 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 상기 한 방향에 있어서 상기 제2 발광부와 상기 제3 발광부 사이의 간격은 상기 제1 발광부와 상기 제2 발광부 사이의 간격보다 좁은 것인 면발광 레이저 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 발광부 중 2차원 어레이의 중심부에 배치된 2개 발광부 사이의 간격은 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 한 방향에 있어서 상기 복수의 발광부 중 2차원 어레이의 단부에 배치된 2개 발광부 사이의 간격보다 넓은 것인 면발광 레이저 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 다른 방향에 있어서 상기 복수의 발광부 중 2차원 어레이의 중심부에 배치된 2개 발광부 사이의 간격은 상기 복수의 발광부 중 2차원 어레이의 단부에 배치된 2개 발광부 사이의 간격보다 넓은 것인 면발광 레이저 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 발광부는, 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 한 방향을 따라 배열된 2개 이상의 발광부를 포함하는 각 발광부열이 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 다른 방향을 따라 배열되어 있는 복수의 발광부열을 포함하고, 상기 발광부열의 개수는 하나의 발광부열에 포함된 발광부의 개수보다 많은 것인 면발광 레이저 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 한 방향을 따라 2차원 어레이의 양 단부에 배치된 2개의 발광부는 상기 2개의 직교 방향 중 상기 한 방향에 수직인 방향을 따라서는 2차원 어레이의 양 단부 이외의 위치에 배열되는 것인 면발광 레이저 어레이.
- 제1항에 기재된 면발광 레이저 어레이를 포함하며, 2개의 직교 방향에 각각 평행한 주 주사 방향과 부 주사 방향을 갖는 광원 유닛과,상기 광원 유닛에 의해 출사된 복수의 레이저빔을 편향시키는 편향 유닛과,상기 편향 유닛으로부터 출사된 레이저빔을 감광체의 피주사면 상에 집광시키는 주사 광학계를 포함하는 광 주사 장치.
- 제7항에 기재된 광 주사 장치와, 감광체를 포함하는 화상 형성 장치에 있어서,상기 광 주사 장치는, 그 광 주사 장치로부터 출사된 레이저빔으로 상기 감광체의 표면을 주사하여, 상기 레이저빔의 화상 정보에 따라 감광체 표면 상에 화상이 형성되게 하는 것인 화상 형성 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 화상 정보는 다색 화상 정보인 것인 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 면발광 레이저 어레이를 포함하는 화상 형성 장치에 있어서,상기 면발광 레이저 어레이는 광 기록 유닛의 부분으로서 제공되며, 상기 광 기록 유닛은 화상 정보를 감광체에 기록할 때 레이저 빔을 상기 감광체에 출사하는 것인 화상 형성 장치.
