Claims (29)
- 전기발광 장치 제조 방법으로서,전극을 수용체 기판상에 형성하는 단계;트리아릴아민 홀 수송 물질 및 전자 수용체 물질을 포함하는 완충층을 제1 공여체 기판상에 형성하는 단계;완충층의 일부를 수용체 기판에 선택적으로 열 전달하는 단계;방출층을 포함하는 전달층을 제2 공여체 기판상에 형성하는 단계; 및전달층의 일부를 제2 공여체 기판으로부터, 선택적으로 열 전달된 완충층에 선택적으로 열 전달하는 단계를 포함하고,전극, 완충층 및 전달층은 전기적 연결 상태에 있고, 방출층은 발광 물질을 포함하는 것인 전기발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,전달층이 홀 수송층, 홀 차단층, 전자 수송층, 전자 차단층, 전자 주입층 및 제2 전극층 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것인 전기발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,전달층을 완충층 위로 선택적으로 전달하기 전에 완충층 위에 홀 수송층을 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 전기발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,완충층이 중합체 결합제 및 가교된 중합체 결합제 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것인 전기발광 장치 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,완충층이 색 전환 물질을 더 포함하는 것인 전기발광 장치 제조 방법.
