Claims (6)
- 투명기판 상에 형성된 제 1 전극;상기 제 1 전극 상의 소정 부위에 차례로 적층된 EL층 및 제 2 전극;상기 제 2 전극과의 대향면이 복수개의 요부를 가지는 패키징 판;상기 각 요부에 분리되어 담겨진 흡습제;상기 흡습제가 상기 패키징 판으로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 반투과성막;상기 투명기판과 패키징판을 대향 합착시키는 접착제를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡습제는 미세 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 요부는 상기 패키징판을 구부려서 제작한 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 패키징판으로 캐니스터가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패키징판은 안쪽면이 성형됨으로 인해 복수개의 요 부가 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 패키징판으로 유리 또는 플라스틱 중 어느 하나가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
