Description
또한, 본 발명의 액정 패널의 절단 장치에 대한 다른 일 실시예는 일정하게 이격되어 단위 액정 패널들이 제작된 제1,제2모기판의 표면에 1차 절단 예정선을 순차적으로 형성하면서, 그 1차 절단 예정선을 따라 제1,제2모기판을 절삭하는 제1스크라이빙부; 상기 절삭된 제1,제2모기판을 90°회전시키는 제1회전부; 및 상기 회전된 제1,제2모기판의 표면에 2차 절단 예정선을 순차적으로 형성하면서, 그 2차 절단 예정선을 따라 제1,제2모기판을 절삭하는 적어도 2개의 제2스크라이빙부를 포함하며, 상기 적어도 2개의 제2스크라이빙부는 상기 제1회전부에 병렬방식으로 연결됨에 따라 상기 제2스크라이빙부에서 제1,제2모기판의 절삭에 소요되는 시간이 상기 제1스크라이빙부에서 소요되는 시간에 비해 지체되지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (3)
- 일정하게 이격되어 단위 액정 패널들이 제작된 제1,제2모기판의 표면에 1차 절단 예정선을 순차적으로 형성하면서, 그 1차 절단 예정선을 따라 제1,제2모기판을 절삭하는 제1스크라이빙부;상기 절삭된 제1,제2모기판을 90°회전시키는 제1회전부; 및상기 회전된 제1,제2모기판의 표면에 2차 절단 예정선을 순차적으로 형성하면서, 그 2차 절단 예정선을 따라 제1,제2모기판을 절삭하는 적어도 2개의 제2스크라이빙부를 포함하며, 상기 적어도 2개의 제2스크라이빙부는 상기 제1회전부에 직렬방식으로 연결됨에 따라 상기 제2스크라이빙부에서 제1,제2모기판의 절삭에 소요되는 시간이 상기 제1스크라이빙부에서 소요되는 시간에 비해 지체되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 절단 장치.
