Claims (5)
- 대향 합착된 제1,제2모기판 상에 제1영역과 제2영역을 구분하고, 상기 제1영역과 제2영역에 서로 다른 사이즈를 갖는 액정 패널들을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 제1모기판의 표면에 제1절단예정선을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 제1,제2모기판을 90°회전시키는 단계와; 상기 제1모기판의 표면에 제2절단예정선을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 절단 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1모기판의 표면에 제2절단예정선을 형성한 다음 제1,제2모기판을 반전시키고, 제2모기판의 표면에 제1모기판과 동일하게 제1,제2절단예정선을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 절단 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1절단예정선을 형성하기 전에 제1,제2모기판을 90°회전시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 액정 패널의 절단 방법.
- 대향 합착된 제1,제2모기판 상에 제1영역과 제2영역을 구분하고, 상기 제1영역과 제2영역에 서로 다른 사이즈를 갖는 액정 패널들을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 제1,제2모기판의 표면에 제1절단예정선을 형성하면서, 그 제1절단예정선을 따라 상기 제1,제2모기판을 절삭하여 제1영역과 제2영역을 분리시키는 단계와; 상기 분리 된 제1영역을 90°회전시키고, 상기 제1영역 상에 제2절단예정선을 형성하면서, 그 제2절단예정선을 따라 상기 제1영역을 절삭하여 제1사이즈를 갖는 단위 액정 패널을 추출하는 단계와; 상기 분리된 제2영역을 90°회전시키고, 상기 제2영역 상에 제3절단예정선을 형성하면서, 그 제3절단예정선을 따라 상기 제2영역을 절삭하여 제2사이즈를 갖는 단위 액정 패널을 추출하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 절단 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제1절단예정선을 형성하기 전에 제1,제2모기판을 90°회전시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 액정 패널의 절단 방법.
