Claims (2)
- 티탄, 마그네슘, 할로겐 및 다가 카복실산 에스테르를 필수 성분으로서 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분(A), 유기 알루미늄 화합물(B) 및 일반식 R4 xR5 ySi(OR6)z의 유기 규소 화합물(여기서, R4및 R6은 탄화수소기이며, R5는 탄화수소기 또는 헤테로 원자를 함유하는 탄화수소기이고, x+y+z=4, 0x2, 1y3, 1z3이다)(C)을 조합시킨 촉매 시스템을 사용하여, 제1단계로서 2개 이상의 중합기를 직렬로 사용하고 에틸렌/(에틸렌+프로필렌)의 비가 0 내지 5중량%인 단량체를 공급하여 프로필렌을 주체로 하는 중합공정(I)을 연속적으로 실시하여 전체 중량의 60 내지 95%를 제조하고, 제2단계로서 제1단계에서 수득한 중합 반응 혼합물에 일반식 R1-(O-CH2-C(R3)H-)n-OR2의 글리콜계 화합물[여기서, R1및 R2는 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 유기기 또는 산소, 질소, 인, 황, 규소원자 등의 헤테로 원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 유기기이며, R1과 R2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 1가 유기기이고, n은 3n100이다](D)을 고체 촉매 성분(A) 속의 티탄 성분에 대하여 글리콜계 화합물(D)/Ti의 비가 1 내지 100(몰/원자)으로 되도록 연속적으로 첨가하고, 이러한 첨가 중합반응 혼합물을, 계속해서 1개 이상의 중합기를 사용하고 에틸렌/(에틸렌+프로필렌)의 비가 10 내지100중량%인 단량체를 공급하여 에틸렌을 비교적 다량으로 함유하는 중합공정(II)을 연속적으로 실시하여 전체 중량의 5 내지 40중량%를 제조하는 동시에 중합공정(I)의 각각의 중합기에서 수득한 중합체의 용융 유량(단, 용융 유량이란 ASTMD-1238에 따라 온도 230℃ 및 하중 2.16kg에서 측정한 값이다)의 최고치[MFR(h)]와 최소치[MFR(ℓ)]가 0.1log[MFR(h)/MFR(ℓ)]1인 관계를 갖는 동시에 프로필렌을 주체로 하는 중합공정(I)에서 수득한 중합체의 용융 유량[MFR(i)]과 에틸렌을 비교적 다량으로 함유하는 중합공정(II)에서 수득한 중합체의 용융 유량[MFR(ii)]이 3log[MFR(i)/MFR(ii)]7인 관계를 갖도록 MFR(h), MFR(ℓ), MFR(i) 및 MFR(ii)을 조절함을 특징으로 하는, 고강성 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합체의 연속 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 규소 화합물(C)과 유기 알루미늄 화합물(B)의 몰 비[B/C]가 1 내지 15인 관계를 갖는 연속 제조방법.
